Spring Tree Apartments

I love this complex and Debbie the landlord/​property manager is the most amazing attentive and caring person you will meet. She goes out of her way to help you if she can, her husband is also a kind and helpful too. I love the set ups of the apartments, they are very spacious and roomy and I also love the floor plans. Patios are great sizes. Everyone is friendly there too as well, neighbor wise. Very neat and clean and nice floor plans for 2 bedrooms. This is a place you can totally call home. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for a friendly/​family/​oriented nice place to live. And the pool is a plus for the summertime as well

This has been one of the best places I’ve rented from so far. Debbie by far the most helpful and understanding landlord I have had the pleasure of renting from. Any and every issue I might have had Debbie would go above and beyond to do her best and find a solution and help out. Key thing is communication. I respect that aspect of her. She told me if you need anything just communicate and I’ll help out. There was a few times where personal health complications kept me from fully working all my hours and by keeping constant communication of what was going on Debbie, this phenomenal woman, worked with me and managed to find ways for me to stay in my apartment when moments where difficult. I highly recommend this nice, quiet, and cozie apartment complex for all who is looking for something in a good area close to malls, freeways, and theme parks. As well as pet friendly. Lots of closet space. Parking spot. Pay rent online. Vending machines on property.

Our short but sweet time at Spring Tree was lovely. Debbie always responded when we ran into any maintenance needs and sent over the appropriate fixer upper promptly. It’s nice and quiet around our apartment so we felt like we could always just relax at home. She was sad to see us go and that was also very touching.

Debbie is one of the most attentive and professional managers I’ve come across. She quickly answered any questions I had and went out of her way to help me. I will gladly recommend Spring Tree to anyone looking for an apartment in Anaheim.

The exterior of the complex is well taken care of (landscape, pool, etc). However, I have noticed termite poop on my carpet and once on my pillow. yuck! The manager is a sweet lady and she is always attentive to problems such as mine but, I’m afraid its seems almost impossible to get rid of the hungry termites. Another concern of mine is the popcorn ceiling it is known to contain asbestos. The complex owners seem to notice the health threat asbestos impose on its tenants since, they do so kindly post a couple of hard to see small print signs on the exterior walls. I am amazed on how people continue to live like this and are not aware on what asbestos can do to them in the long run.
