Service sucks. Been in here 5 minutes and nobody showed up. Had to call on the phone to get him up front. Nice, clean store. Just lacks customers and service.

It was time to get a new pair of shoes, this time black work shoes.
It was about 10:30am when I went and there were two people in the store. I walk in and head to the men’s shoe area. When I look at the shelves, they didn’t have the kind of shoes I normally get. I felt a little lost, cause this is where I always get them and they tend to be in the same area.
I look to my left and I see the type of shoe I am looking for. *Whew!*. Just as I was looking, the sales clerk asks if I am finding everything alright. I told him «yes» and continued to make my decision on which shoe to try.
I pick up the one I would like to try and proceed to the clerk
«What size would you like me to get for you to try on?» says the clerk.
«A size 10» I say.
«Would you like to me measure your foot?» he asks
«Umm. sure» I mentioned. At first I was a little hesitant because it’s been a long time since someone wanted to measure my foot.
He brings over the device, I sit down, take off my shoe and he takes my foot and places it on the device.
«A size 10, just like you had mentioned. Oh, I didn’t get your name. My name is Todd.
«I am David»
«Ok David, I will be right back with your shoe size».
Shortly after he brings over a size 10 shoe, he puts the remaining lace through the holes and I try it on. He asks if I want to try on the other shoe, but I told him that it will be alright. After standing up, walking a bit, sitting back down, he pushes down where the end of my toes are in the shoe.
«I’ll take them»
Went over to the cashier and paid the amount.
Todd was so friendly and professional with the whole foot device and feeling the tips of my toes. Did I walk into an upscale shoe store?! ha ha My experiences here have always been great, but today’s experience probably topped them all. ha ha
