I cannot say enough positive praise for this company. From the first consult over the phone and the consult at the house, through the two day installation; I have been completely stunned at how professional, courteous, and thorough they are. I had a custom 15 foot bi-​fold door installed and will never go to anyone else for my future door and window needs. I also plan to recommend them to everyone I know. The crew was amazing, friendly, trustworthy, and knew exactly what they were doing and paid special attention to cleanliness and detail. I just had all my windows and sliding doors replaced and Samson Door and Window Company did a marvelous job. The windows and doors are stunning and professionally done. The crew are very efficient (in and out in three days), clean (made sure that everything was in place and clean before leaving for the day) and very professional, courteous and very accommodating (had time to answer all my questions and prioritize my requests even though how busy they were). I previously bought replacement windows and, based on reputation, I hired the window installers that frequently work with Home Depot. Those installers put in two sets of crooked windows; one of which was bowed. On both sets of windows they covered up the weep holes; which would have eventually caused mold in my house framing.
Taft and his crew to the rescue. Taft did an independent analysis of the poorly installed windows. A week or two later, Milgard representative came to the same independent conclusion. I hired Taft’s team to replace the Milgard windows and retrofit replacement for some additional windows. No hassle. Quality work. Clean, polite, great attention to detail.

Samson Door and Window Company recently completed a window replacement job at the home of our dear friends of twenty five years. We were also shopping around for windows, (four sliders and nineteen-​windows), having interviewed four companies over the course of a six month period, carefully comparing pricing, quality, warrantee and different window options. After speaking with our friends, my wife suggested that we should also have Samson Door and Window Company come out and provide us with a fifth and final quote. After carefully considering all of the quotes, we moved forward with Samson Door and Window Company to complete the work.
From the moment of our first initial meeting, to the final completed work, it has been a wonderful experience. During our first meeting, we were provided with a number of options, and when we finally decided on what we needed, a timely quote was delivered to us. Taft took the time to answer all of our questions and we also thanked him for arriving on time.
Team leader Jose took the time to explain the nuts and bolts of the actual work that was being completed, and always asked if we had any questions or concerns. It was obvious that they pride themselves in the work that they do.. The completed stucco work and texture joining the sliders and kitchen garden window was also completed in a professional manner. The windows look beautiful and they operate smoothly. Outstanding work from a company with experience and ethics, simply the best!
