RSL Construction

We had RSL Construction replace our old sky lights in our storage warehouse last week. What a difference! We can finally see the floor without turning on all the lights. My coworkers love the natural lighting and it will save us a ton of money on electric bills. RSL’s crew was professional, courteous, and on time. They didn’t even touch the roof which saved us thousands of dollars. I highly recommend this company for any commercial skylights that need replacement.

We had Rod doing the framing for our attic. He is always responsive and responsible.
Our project was done on schedule. Finally we can put our new HVAC in the attic and clear up all the space in the garage.
Rod is honest, punctual, and really hard working. He has both commercial and residential construction experience and go extra miles to get things done.
I am really happy that I found Rod to do our project.

After dealing with many bad contractors, Rod was a breath of fresh air. Rod has honesty, integrity and a hard work ethic. The job he did was not only on budget but was completed earlier than expected. Even the City inspector praised Rod’s quality work!

RSL Construction is owned by Rod Lewis. I met him through a friend who had some hardscaping done around his pool. I was very impressed so I had him give me a bid on my plans. First we drove around Newport Coast looking at work to get ideas. As we looked at the new hardscaping, he would point out the flaws in the job, it looked good to me, but after he pointed out the errors (or laziness) in the work I realized this guy knows his stuff. I started with my hardscaping needs: block walls, concrete patio, brick planters, stone driveway and a brick BBQ outdoor kitchen. I have to say, the work he did is PERFECT!, I have a trained eye now and it really is that good! I have forgoten how much I paid because I like the job so much. I went on to have him do a total remodel of my home and added on an additional 1800 sqft. The total job took about two years. I am completely satisfied by his work. He has done work for my family and friends and eveyone was very happy with the outcome. Most people say he is not the cheapest bidder of the work, A lot of guys give you a low bid just to get the job, and then nickel and dime you along the way. I would rather have an honest up front bid with no surprises. I have a mountain cabin that needs a total remodel and Rod will be my man.

Excited to finally see he’s on Unilocal!RSL did construction on my house about 3 years ago and he did an excellent job! I was very specific as to how I wanted small shower tiles and he completed it on time and very detailed to my instructions. He remodeled a total of 3 bathrooms and our kitchen floor. The price he gave me in the beginning never charged from start to finish. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him for any and all future construction needs!

I used RSL construction about 8 years ago and everything went great. This was a major addition project and I couldn’t imagine it going any smoother. Rod is prompt, very knowledgeble and scheduled everything with us. Definately not your «average contractor»

Wow! These guys are awesome! What a great job they do on all their work. The owner Rod Lewis is the most conscientious building contractor I’ve ever met! This guys attention to detail is amazing, professional all the way. I would recommend RSL Construction to anyone who needs a general contractor. First class company all the way.
