I’ve been to this location twice now and on a week day. The staff has been terrific, they are now open daily, they take coupons for aluminum only. I’ve gone in the early morning so as to miss the crowd on the weekends. I would recommend this location due to the staff and how professional they are. Sorry the Blue Gum location is now closed.

Today was crowded as usual. But the heat isn’t helping that and I had all glass (160lbs). Jeffery was working today. He was going fast as he could. He made a cut off point behind me and we were sending people out who kept trying to get in line. He was full on plastics and cans and was saying how this isn’t a bulk recycling place and told me where to go. I agree but never knew where to go. This company lacks picking it up. They need 2 metal bins and 3 workers since the other locations are shutting down. Jeffery worked into his lunch to help us out. He’s working in a hot bin all by himself with long long long lines. Replanet you need to fix this!!! No one deserves to do that much alone. Even construction has multiple people. This location gets PACKED! And you should know based on their calls saying the bins full. It’s always full with something when I go. Add more bins and workers. 1 star is because of your lack to fix the problem. Jeffery gets 5 stars because he’s one of your best workers. The only other good one left because I heard his girl was having a child soon. Fix it! It’s a high traffic area and deserves more workers and bins to accommodate or open more locations ! Figure it out !

Would be nice if this location had the automated bottle machines like other locations however the people who work here weighing the bottles are nice so overall a good facility.
