FUCK THIS PIZZA HUT!!!
I asked for extra BBQ sauce and these stupid ass people fucken drowned my pizza in the BBQ sauce! My pizza was soggy and I could not eat it! maybe they were mad I ordered an hour before closing but either way THERE IS NO excuse to treat my pizza like it’s nothing! I paid 16 $ for some bullshit! Don’t ever go here! They don’t care about their customers.

too bad negative stars is not an option. I got food poisioning from this location. they must not care for their customers. I just wonder what type of person is managing this establishment. they have 1 star on Unilocal and continue to have the same problems. time for new management eh?

Really bad customer service! Manager on duty right now didn’t make it easier for me got my delivery late said it was 5 mins ended up being 12 mins late said she would only credit me $ 5 and on my next order. Never ordering from here again! Poor service ! Should have people that will make it easier for the customer not down grade the slack of their staff.

Worst customer service. They cancelled my order by mistake and when we called they weren’t appologetic at and and they were so very rude. I will not be ordering from them again.

After calling in for a complain on wrong order and being hung up on my co worker and I puked. We ordered some weird ass looking wings. The other co worker got diarrhea within 20 minutes of finishing our food. Place is horrible, and workers have an attitude that will not get them anywhere.

Ordered food for the office pizza was fine. The wings did not look right. Two Co workers instant sick after consumed whom were the only ones who ate wings. (Puking) after veiwing other reviews I would not recommend this place. Honestly should be closed!

HORRIBLE customer service! I tried to order online only to get an error message twice. Then I tried calling the store directly as the online message indicated only to get hung up on. When I called back, I quickly explained my problem and then was placed on hold for TWENTY MINUTES after I asked to speak to a manager! I gave up and tried ordering online one last time and got a message stating that particular pizza hut wasn’t accepting online orders anymore. Why didn’t it state that the first time? And why couldn’t someone get on the phone and just say that? Ordering pizza should NOT be this difficult!!!

And just to clarify, I never got my pizza. I had to throw it out the door for him to move his body out of my home.

The girl who helps us is always amazing, super nice, never had an issue ordering my orders, I go there my friend once a week get pizza for Sunday nights and she always greets us with a smile, I hope pizza hut knows what an awesome manager Cristina is, the pizza is always freshly made and piping hot and delicious so I recommend this place to everyone!

We were in the hotel. We got delivery. We ordered 1 large stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese, light on the sauce which was around 12 dollars plus 2 for the extra cheese, with 1 order of garlic bread and a 2 liter of root beer for an extra 5 dollars. 19 dollars + delivery which is an extra 2 dollars. 21 dollars + tax was around 23 – 24 dollars altogether.
They came in less than half an hour.
We got what we ordered. Nothing more or less.
Gave the guy a 6 dollar tip, he’s happy. Win — Win for both sides.

I placed an order online for my lunch today while i am at work. Ok no big deal ill pay a few bucks for the bogus delivery charge for the ease of having it delivered to me.
My issue is that when i made the request for the driver to only take an imprint of the last 4 digits of my card he gave me a hard time about it. I explained to him that I do not want my whole credit card number floating around out there. I told him that if he would happen to stop for gas and the wind blow the reciept out of his car someone has my whole number and can do what ever they want.
The drivers answer was «O whats the chances of that happening! I am very careful with customers information like that.»
Sure what ever I need to make sure I protect myself!!! This joke of a company isnt going to be the ones having to spend hours on the phone taking care of issues if something happens that would have to be myself.
I will say the new p’zolo was pretty good though.

i ordered a pizza online and i waited an hour and 45 min and i called and the girl said it was for pick up so i asked her if she could just have it delievered and she said «well if you arent far i guess» and she had the worst attitude ever!!! ill never be buying from here again!

I placed an order online to pick up on my way to work for a potluck. I order 2 pan pizza for $ 10 each. The pizzas were ready when I arrived and because the cheese only side on one of the pizza’s seemed a little light, they gave me a 3^rd small pizza for free! Gotta love that! Great job!!!
