Customer service and work were impeccable. I hit my husbands car in our driveway last weekend– Luis got us an estimate the same day and had both cars finished within a week. His prices are extremely competitive. He kept me updated throughout the week on the status of the insurance claim and the cars. They look amazing, were done early, and we couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend this business!

These guys are awesome! Great work and will get the job done very fast — Highly recommend!

Stuck in traffic while making my way here, Luis gracefully still helped me out 30 minutes before closing. I had a window that dropped through into the door. He fixed it in a timely manner.

To say it mildly these guys saved my ass.
So my buddy decides to leave the country for a year or two. He knows I don’t have a car and being the nice guy he is asks if I want to use his car while he is away. I take him up on his offer all is fine for the first year. A week before he is to arrive home I back into a pole. Perfect timing right?
A friend of mine says she knows this guy that owns this place yada yada yada… and I end up calling the Pekok. And here is my story…
Spoke with this guy Knick told him what I needed and he asked me to send him some pictures. I sent him the pictures. Ten minutes later Knick calls e back and explains to me that he needed pictures of the vehicle not of myself.
After sending the correct pictures he gets back to me with a rough estimate. The price Knick gives me is really good. I don’t know how much these things cost but I had done some homework before hand to get a idea what the price range should be.
Knick sends someone to pick up my vehicle. This was great I was really concerned with how I was going to get home if I had to drop off the vehicle at his shop I don’t know how I’d get home. I’m not well liked so not many friends to help :(
The person who picked up my vehicle was named Luis. This guy is great and WHAT A HANDSHAKE he’s got! He introduced himself and explained that he was also the person who would be fixing the car. Luis then explained how he would go about doing this. I was lost I’m not the brightest and know next to nothing about cars so I just smiled and nodded. I handed him my keys and off he went.
After he left I thought to myself I just handed my friends car to someone I just met, crazy right? But that just goes to show how professional they are I didn’t think twice about handing over the keys I knew it the right thing to do and it just felt right.
A couple of days go by and I get a call from my man Knick. Knick gives me some news that there is some damage that he couldn’t see from the pictures and there was another part that needed to be replaced. I figured this would be the case so I was ok with it.
What I really liked about the call was there wasn’t any surprises. He let me know up front that if the car was to be repaired back to it’s original state it needed this part and it would be this much extra. I’ve been to places before that would just fix the truck and bill me without asking if I wanted the extra work done. This was another thing that stood out for me about the Pekok.
Because of the extra work they needed the car for an extra day which was fine by me. Saturday comes around and once again Knick calls me. So whats it gonna be? I’m thinking to myself. I’ve had one good call and one bad call from Knick so far, fingers crossed I answer the phone.
Knick «Hi Justin your vehicle is complete where can we drop it off?»
Justin «You can drop it off? «F%$^ yeah!» «Sorry about my language bring it by my place.»
About 30 minutes later Luis is at my door keys in hand big smile on his face. (You can tell he’s excited to show me the work he’s done.) We walk out to the truck and it looks better then when my friend had given it to me. The interior and exterior had been cleaned immaculately. And the big ugly dent was gone.
The biggest surprise came next. When my friend gave me the car it had a good size dent in it. My friends wife hit something a while back denting the door. Luis and Knick had gone above and beyond and fixed the dent and it wasn’t mentioned on the bill!
I thank Luis and asked him if I owed him anything and he said «No I fixed it for you because it was bugging me. I couldn’t stand seeing the vehicle looking like that after I fixed the other dent.» Luis is a perfectionist it shows in his work and his interactions with me. I shook his hand (STRONG HANDSHAKE on this guy I had forgot.) and waved good bye as he drove off.
The next day I get a call from Knick just following up to see what I thought of the work that was done. And if you read everything behind this sentence you know how I feel!
Highly recommend this place I kind of want to smash another vehicle just to get to work with these guys again.

I took my car here for a Matt finish paint job. What a great job they did. Really cheap and fast too. I really recommend this place. The owner Luis went out of his way and did some extra things to my car free of charge as well.

Luis and his team did an awesome job fixing a door handle on my BMW X5. He was very professional and offered a competitive price. The work quality was terrific, and now the door handle works as good as new. I would definitely call Luis again if I needed some work done.

OMG! Luis and Chris (employee) are great! I was involved in an auto accident and Luis was great from start to finish. Luis met me at the rental car company to pick up the vehicle and he also met me at the rental car company when the job was completed. I also asked Luis for some help with some new tires. The tires were on my new car when he delivered my vehicle. My car was restored to its original condition! I was so happy with the work! I would refer anyone to him and he will be my one and only Body Shop for any and all repairs! Not to mention, he was very friendly, professional and had great follow through! He repaired several dents and scratches for us. His work was excellent and very well priced. We actually got the car back a little ahead of schedule. I would not hesitate to recomend him to anyone.

Luis did a phenomenal job on our car. The scratches were so deep from backing into a cast iron gate that the car was dented. Luis had to redo the entire rear panel, front panel and door just so the paint would all match. He was able to do it in a very timely manner and he was very affordable! Thanks Luis we will be coming back to you as soon as we need any body work done.
