they sold me a faulty product which required an at&t account. when i returned the product they said they would cancel the at&t account, well i just got a bill for $ 100.00 from at&t. i called and they said the account was never cancelled!!!
at&t shouldn’t allow retailers to sell their product and create accounts. it makes them look bad.
