While I can’t get myself to shop at Payless, I did find a cute pair of ballet slippers when they were having a BOGO sale and I stopped in to get my son some shoes. Prices are super cheap, quality is hit or miss, but for kids who needs new shoes every few months $ 20 will do just fine. Service was nice, the store clean and well stocked, tons of easy parking out front.

This is by far one of the best Payless locations I have been to. The employees that work there are always incredibly friendly. I usually come in once every few months. The last time I came in, I needed heels for a wedding and shoes for my little one. The wedding was only a few days away, but the associate helped me find some shoes that matched perfectly with my dress and even helped me locate some shoes that would work for my little one that were out of stock in a nearby store. I’ll definitely be returning.

There is nothing more irritating to me then going into a store and feeling like an inconvenience to the employee for even being there! I came to pick up a pair of shoes I ordered this week and when I walked in, the girl working was clearly on a personal call, NOT work related, and she didn’t even have the common sense to say shed call back! She remained on the phone blabbing away while she handed my a piece of paper and I just had to figure out where to sign and initial! So rude and unprofessional! I hope the manager sees this because that girl is the reason i will not return.

Wow so too bad they don’t have negative stars! The service here is terrible; very vacuous. It might as well be a «coin operated shoe vending machine». Be very careful not to lose your receipt. Bought boots for wife for Xmas using Visa card – paid $ 39.99 plus tax. I lost the receipt. Boots didn’t fit wife so she tried to exchange them. Upon entering was told she’d receive $ 39.99 store credit. AFTER my wife selected $ 45 worth of stuff she was THEN told the boots would only net her $ 29.99 credit because of no receipt.(Most stores that don’t still use k-pro computers or a abacuses to do business can process a return without a receipt if you have the card you paid with). They didn’t even refund the tax on the $ 29.99! So all told we lost $ 13.02. Calls to corporate and managers resulted in nothing. I was repeatedly told«there is nothing we can do.» So we lost $ shopping here. Bummer. Anyway, go to Famous Footwear.

They don’t carry house shoes. What kind of a store dedicated to shoes doesn’t carry house shoes?
