Canned gooseberries y’all. The only other place I’ve seen them is on
. I can’t wait to make me a gooseberry pie.
The sweets in the display case were ok. They tasted hard and old so maybe skip that.
They also have a ton of other speciality ingredients like premixed masala tea, dessicated unsweetened coconut. If you like cooking with new and different ingredients I suggest you pop in and check it out.
Also next door is a great ethiopian restaurant. Win, win.

Very nice people and they are knowledgeable and helpful. They have most of the Indian groceries and sundries any Indian and/​or Hindu person would want and at very reasonable prices. I have been coming here about 30 years, but they have been here even longer. I already have a «want» list for my next visit including garam masala, chai masala, rose water, clove oil and indigo powder. Not the biggest shop, but well organized and convenient to Anaheim and the local area.
