OC Pool & Spa Cleaning

I called these guys out for service. Tech comes out and tries to sell me $ 800 worth of stuff I didn’t need. He gave me a bad diagnosis which I didn’t believe so I called another company out who fixed the issue for $ 60. After I called them to confront them about what they did, they became very nasty.
Please do your self a favor guys, use someone else for pool service.

worst customer service from a pool guy I have ever encountered, I have been working on homes for the last 5 years and have done a hand full of pool remodels this was the first time I experienced such unprofessional-​ism and terrible work ethic. This company is flat out lazy. They did a Start– up for me (which means the first time the pool gets serviced) and instead of the normal 5 day scrub that most pool companies do, this one did it only for 3 days. They also did not clean my pool and when I hired another pool guy, he told me that there was no chemical’s in the pool. WHICH is the main reason to get a start up done. Super lazy super unprofessional. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME

Can I give a zero? I had the same problems as described. My pool looks amazing no thanks to them. Good luck people.

I have been very unimpressed with these guys since they started servicing my pool this Spring. They charged for a bunch of different work on my new home, then never did it. I kept getting BS excuses about the water not being warm enough to get in. Then after 2.5 months they finally tell me that they just don’t have the parts.
Any time you talk with them over the phone, you get a different story from a very apologetic guy who apparently only communicates with his coworkers via text message. Finally he just said they aren’t going to do the job and is crediting me for the part. Awesome. Thank’s for wasting 3 months.
The weekly cleaning service is a joke. I don’t think they know I work from home. I’ve watched the guy walk into the back yard, empty the trap, then leave without doing anything else. They also tried to convince me that I had a crack in the system and could «hook me up» with someone to fix it, but the leak magically disappeared when I fired them and brought back the previous pool service.
