Nothing but positive things to say about Lynch ambulance. They provide fast quality ambulance services. They are still family owned and operated and don’t have that large corporation feel.
Sounds like the user below had a bad experience cause the company was following county protocol. You can’t blame Lynch for following county protocol. They also record their phone lines.
Referring to the news article written by Voice of the OC. The author is very biased towards private EMS, and pro fire. All the facts aren’t stated in the article.
The government can find anything wrong with any company.

If I could give zero stars, trust me I would. I have never seen such horrible customer service. Choose their services and you WILL regret it.
They will say one thing over the phone and then change their mind the following phone call and tell you «well, we apologize but this is our policy». I call B.S.
If you want to use their services, make sure YOU record every conversation with them — when it’s time to take them to court, you’ll have your evidence and they can just go to … :)

How is this company still in business? They were charged with Medi Care fraud. They settled by paying 3 million dollars. They should have their licence pulled.

For a while, we used Lynch to transport my mom from a nursing facility to her doctor’s appointments because she couldn’t lift her own body weight and needed to be transported via stretcher.
If my mom’s appointment wasn’t supposed to be too long, the Lynch guys (and occasional lady) would wait with us at the doctor’s office. Unfortunately, they ended up having to hang out with my mom and I for an hour or two now and then. They were always upbeat and and enjoyable to chat with. I can tell they really love their career.
Lynch was *usually* on time and always professional when moving my mom.
