Never again! First let me start off by saying when they work, they work! Their work is good and they know their trees, that’s when they finally show up (IF they do). This is the 3^rd and final time I try and schedule with them! I took a day off from work to get my trees trimmed and have work done. I called them Monday, the lady on the other line ran my info and confirmed my address. She said they would be here today on Friday between 11am-​12 noon. I called this morning to confirm they did not have me on the schedule, then the lady said she’d call me back. Shocker! No call back! So I called she said they’d be here around 11am-​12 noon. 12:30 nothing I call no answer. 1 pm still nothing I call to my surprise and amazement no answer! This is the third time this has happened! Clearly they don’t want my business and I don’t need their’s. If you want a tree trimming business that is reliable LOS ALAMITOS TREE SERVICE are NOT THE ONES!!!

Gave these guys a call from a flyer they left on my doorstep. So glad I went with them. I’ve got a decent sized yard with about 25 trees. We’ve got everything from palm trees, magnolia’s, and ash trees. They trimmed about 20 of them and we had them remove 3 along with a few stumps left behind from smaller ones we removed ourselves. It took them about a day and half but the trees look great. We have much more light in our back yard now.
All of the guys that came out were friendly and very courteous. They also picked up after themselves which it seems is not usually the case with most contractors. Cleaned up all the tree debris and trimmings.
Can’t say that I’ve got any complaints. I’ve already told a few friends to give them a call when they need their trees done. I know I’ll be calling them again next year.

Showed up for estimate and work on time. Very proficient and safe work practices. Communicates well. Clean up the front very well. Some leaves were left behind in the back yard. Overall good service!

I used this company for sod installation, I was referred by a friend about their services. From the moment I picked up the phone I knew I had made a great choice. The lady that set up the appointment was very helpful in answering all my questions first timer questions and concerns.
The men that went out to my house to install the grass were very polite & left my yard looking healthy & green! I would recommend this to anyone :)

Called these guys a couple of times over the past few years after they leave their flyers on my doorstep. Twice I have scheduled and twice they have been a no show. Apparently they don’t need the business and are wasting time placing flyers and scheduling appointments.
I went with Lina tree who showed up as promised.
