This was my first visit & I was beyond satisfied! Margarita was the sweetest & most understanding hairstylist. I went in with a picture (A-​line haircut) & explained that I wanted to make sure I was going to be able to put my hair up in a pony tail while working out. She explained what she was going to do & asked throughout the haircut if I wanted shorter or as is. She did a great job & I didn’t have to ask her to adjust anything.
I will say that the styling/​blow out after the cut was mediocre. However I’m so picky I’m never satisfied with the way people style my hair anyway. Most of the time will ask them not do it. Nonetheless she charged me $ 14 for the cut & style (cash only). How can I even complain with such a good price. I am completely happy.

If you’re looking for quality– nay even basic professional service DO NOT go here. I repeat– stay away. I live nearby and had an event to go to. I decided to try this place– it was close by so I could be in and out. Big mistake. There was one stylist on duty. I asked for a basic trim and blow out. Nothing complicated or fancy. The trim was fine. The blow out was horrendous. She used no product on my hair and did not seem to know how to properly give a blow out or use a round brush. My hair ended up being this frizzy tangled mess. I later had to go home and use a straightener to make my hair look at least decent. Next I asked to get my underarms waxed. Same stylist. This girl did not know what she was doing. She had no idea how to apply the wax or pull on the strip to better get the hair out. She kept constantly applying wax and pulling because the hair wouldn’t budge. My skin got so irritated I finally had to tell her to stop so that I could finish the job myself. I ended up waxing my own underarms which took very long and was tedious. To top it off when I finally went to pay for all of this fiasco I told the receptionist (different girl) about the $ 15 Unilocal discount I had. She looked puzzled and slightly panicked. I quickly did the math for her so she could charge me and I could finally get the eff out. Long story short– sweet girls who have absolutely NO training. I thought the whole point of paying for a service is to have trained professionals do it for you. These girls did not know what they were doing. I could have easily done all of this at home and saved myself some money. Heck– I did do some of this myself! I waxed my own arms and straightened my own hair. Never visiting this place again.
