I had a really great experience working with the team at Light Up My Holiday. They were very creative with their lighting design and worked within our budget. We will definitely be calling them back next year. I would happily recommend them to all my friends.

This «company» if you could call it that is horrible. Apparently this «Steve» guy is great, minus one reviewer but I never got the chance to talk to him. I tied to a woman named Jennifer. First off, it sounded like I was on speakerphone whole she was in the bathroom getting ready or something. I could barely hear her. I think it was her home phone or something! Then the call kept dropping and I could barely hear her… and YES I checked my phone and I had full bars and full service where I was. She quoted me $ 300.00 but said that I would need to take a picture of my house and send it to her because she couldn’t look it up on google. Okay fair enough. She said she would get back to me in an hour or so. I took the picture and sent it to her. Nothing. 3 hours later, checked my email. Nothing. I emailed her saying that I hope she got the picture because I had not heard anything from her. She responded 20 minutes later that she would call me before the end of the day at 6 pm. Well, 6 pm came and went… no email, no all no nothing. The next day came and went and I didn’t want to be rude so I left it alone. I thought maybe because it was over the weekend she would get back to me on Monday. Well, that never happened. I called her and this company the day after Thanksgiving. It is now almost the middle of December. Not a peep out of this fickle company. It’s not worth 300 or even a $ 1!!! I’ll just do it myself… at least I know it will get done!!! I am so angry at the lack of professionalism of this company. They should really be ashamed of the way they ah doe their customer base. Good riddance!

I just rebooked for the 2^nd year. A relative/​housesitter surprised us with lights last year while we were on vacation, and we loved it! We had called a few companies before we left, but didn’t like their prices or displays. They found Steve and we were so happy with the results. We just booked for this year, Steve was very accommodating to our schedules, met with us within a day, and is even offering a discount for early booking, which works great for us. The choices he offers range from basic lights to award winning light displays (my neighbor won an award in Huntington Harbor last year using Steve and Light up my Holidays!). I highly recommend this company.

Steve has helped decorate our home for the last two holiday seasons and we plan to continue to call him to put up lights and decorations so long as he is willing! He is reliable, trustworthy and creative. We are always pleased with how great our home looks and we receive lots of compliments!

This is the first year I have used a service to put up christmas lights. I have to say I don’t plan on ever putting lights up again! Steve was punctual and did an amazing job. Several neighbors have signed up just from watching him. My house has never looked so good. I can’t wait to start showing it off. It even gets better, his service includes taken the lights and decorations down. The prices are very reasonable.

Steve has put up and taken down my holiday lights for the past few years. He has a great attention to detail and really takes his time. (Which is fine, since he charges a flat rate) He also really gets into the Christmas spirit, he brings a boom box along and play holiday music while he’s working. If you are like me and arent so dissiplined about getting your lights up in time — or — worse yet, not getting them down until Valentines Day, give him a call.
