Fast and organized. Clean facility. Waiting is not bad although walk in. Also, nice staff. I would recommend this location to others. If you make an appointment, there’s no waiting.

Got a blood test done at this facility today and the process was quick and painless. It was my first time there and the staff seemed very courteous and professional. There is a bit of a wait time for walk-​ins, so if you are in a rush, I suggest scheduling appointments ahead of time.

I had my blood taken out today. The wait time is not too long and I didnt even have an appoin. Amazing staff. They are very nice and helpful!

I can’t stand getting blood drawn, not because of the actual blood draw, but because of Labcorp. I live between the La Palma and Anaheim (Romneya) locations and have visited both numerous times over the years and absolutely detest both. It’s either a ridiculous wait (La Palma), rude staff (Anaheim), or if you’re in luck, both! Since both locations are close to home and on my way to work, I never bothered nor had the time to even find another location. I found out about this location when my Grandpa had an appointment scheduled here for a blood draw. I didn’t even know they existed and luckily they were pretty close to where we lived. It was a much smaller office than the others but I noticed there was no one waiting in the lobby. The entire process from checking in to getting his blood drawn to actually walking out the door took a total of 5 minutes. I was impressed but assumed that we just got lucky that time because he had an appointment. I attempted to schedule an appointment for today but I couldn’t find a time early enough so I decided to just do a walk-​in with my Dad who also needed to do some blood work. I was expecting to wait at least an hour because that’s how it always is at the other locations, especially La Palma. To my surprise, the entire process for both of us took 15 minutes, even with 2 walk-​ins ahead of us. THAT JUST NEVER HAPPENS!
Aside from the ENTIRE staff working quickly, they were genuinely kind, something that I rarely see at the other locations. They greet you the second they see you and on the way out. They aren’t impatient or rush you, they’re polite and professional and always smiling. With service like that, I wouldn’t have minded waiting but because they work efficiently, I never have to. I wish I had found out about this location a long time ago, it would have saved me so much time and so many gray hairs! If you’re fed up with either of those locations, check out this location.
