KFC

I had an excellent experience with drive through. I haven’t had a problem with my order ever, and service is usually quick. Unless the person in the vehicle ahead is ordering half the menu! The woman at Drive through was so energetic and upbeat. This is my 7^th time this year. Half a mile from home too.

just to prove a point that this place is CONSISTENTLY HORRIBLE, a year later from my original reveiw, ive had at least 3 issues. AT LEAST. the last time i went, i orderd the 5 $ fill up box, and wedges as my side. opened it up, and i got mashed potatoes… whatever. figured id call cuz surley the phone would be working again (ill get back to that) i attemped to call, so i can later go back and get my correct side, and nope, phone was still in fax mode or whatever. AND I KNOW FORSURE its the correct number, cuz like i stated before… ive had many issues with this place, so many that the number is saved in my phone, cuz 9 out of 10 times, they screw up and i need to call.
The time before that, i orderd a breast, a thigh and drum stick and a few sides… only got the breast and sides… i was charged for the other peices. and they didnt put it in the bag. I tried calling asap… and the phone didnt ring, it beeped like a fax… i would have went back, but by the time i went home and noticed. it was already 10 min til closing… so basically… they own me my money back, or some chicken, and some wedges and due to lack of their phone (and legit employess who know how to properly read an order) i have no way of getting those items.
i hate hate hate this freakin location, and its horrible service. and I DONT KNOW WHY I STILL EVEN TRY TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE CUZ ALL I EVER DO IS GET WRONG ORDERS, MISSING ITEMS, OR A 10 MINUTE WAIT FOR CHICKEN.
I wish this show would be on undercover boss. managment needs help. if i had some free time, id work here, just so my 92 805 living people can actually get what they show up for. CUZ THIS CANT ONLY BE CONSISTENTLY HAPPENING TO ME.
AGAIN…KFC.GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER. THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE.

I have been to a lot of kfc but this has been the best one so far everything was very fresh and the staff was great as well !!

Floors are always sticky and dirty here. Feels gross. I got a famous bowl n it’s horrible. They drenched everything with gravy I can’t even taste anything else besides the gravy. Horrible!

I just stood at the counter for awhile. Nobody said anything or asked if I wanted to order so I just left. Waba Grill is right next door so I went there. Guess I should thank kfc for being terrible.
Here’s a tip: if your customer service sucks… at least run a mop around the store or wipe a counter or table every so often lol. (not really laughing)

Everytime we come here we had a bad experience with wait time and today was the worst we were sitting in the drive thru with three cars in front of us and a car behind us 415 minutes my husband went inside to ask the manager what the problem was she just said they were busy all the dining room was empty it was 7:30 on a Friday night with only three cooks working we ended up and the person behind us ended up backing out of the drive thru and leaving

This is one of my worst experience at this store and they gave me a totally different order then they never ask me for any condiments. This employee thinks that we were trash because she looked like she didn’t even want to take our order

I try to budget for my family just to give them warm crispy fresh chicken and and warm mills for them to share on the weekends Friday nights Sunday Nights

Meals are cheap on the value side. Always better than greasy churches chicken but Popeyes kills out of all 3 hands down. El pollo loco is like a bonus when you want grilled but we not about that on this review.
It’s just better than nasty always a quick pick up when you can’t BBQ your own chicken or fry.
Apple turnovers are okay also.

Maybe it’s because I go right when the restaurant opens, maybe it’s because I don’t get to eat here very often, but I am always excited to visit KFC! I stick with the classics, extra crispy chicken, cole slaw and Mac n cheese, and it never disappoints! I really enjoy myself and look forward to my next visit, however far off it is! Thanks KFC!

This place is filthy! Im sitting here waiting for my food and im starting to regret coming here. The soda station is literally splattered with soda and straw wrappers, the table is sticky and im sitting in the ‘clean’ one. I really have to use the bathroom but I’d rather hold it in.

Chicken was burnt, the girl at the window could give a damn about you, plus she couldn’t change a 100 $, just keep driving if you see this place.

Customer service is poor, they can barely take order, expect you to eat with your fingers because they didn’t put forks in my order

ok this KFC is the WORST ive ever been too. ive always had bad experiences. i live around the corner, so its easy to get to. and id honestly rather drive all the way to ball and anahein blvd to the other KFC. but i was in a hurry and i wanted to get my son potato wedges. the staff ignores everyone at the counter. they are all young rude employees. who clearly dont care if they loose a customer or their money. their mac and cheese is bland and awful. their sodas are flat. please save your time and money and avoid this KFC.

Quick review! Drive thru!
I came here on a Saturday night around 6:30. The drive through lane was not busy at all. Pulled up without a clue of what I was going to order. I told the operator I needed a second and he said,
” No Problem, take your time. If you have any questions let me know.“
So a pretty helpful response and he answered all the questions I needed.
When I got to the pick up window they told me the potato wedges were coming out fresh and if I wanted to wait 2 mins. And I said sure! Usually McDonald’s would tell me to park around the side. But she let me stay right in front of the window! That was nice of her. The young Hispanic girl at the pickup window was VERY nice as she smiled so often and laughed frequently at my remarks.
When I got home, everything was still warm/​hot and I received everything I ordered! Nothing missing!
Overall had nothing to complain about and nothing to brag about either. It’s KFC.
Keep up the great service drive thru!

Got salmonella from this KFC so stay away and my grandson got real ill he is only 1 year old.

The quality of food at this location is very inconsistent. Over cooked macaroni and cheese. Hard biscuits. Longer than usual wait times. The customer service is atrocious as well. I’ve lived in the same area all my life and this is the only KFC nearby… so I no longer eat KFC unless I’m near the other closest location which is on Tustin ave.

This KFC tastes like all the other KFC’s. One thing I’ll say about KFC is that they are consistently consistent with their food.
No matter where I go the chicken tastes the same. The taters and gravy always taste delicious. The biscuits are nice and the cole slaw is sweet.
Now service is another matter and the service at this place is a little lacking. The restaurant is usually on the dirty side and they must have a high turnover rate because all the employees seem like they don’t know what they are doing every time I come here.
I’ll be back because I like the chicken and gravy, but not because of the hospitality.

I went to this KFC about 4 months ago and ordered the popcorn chicken with wedges. Im sorry to say I will not be comming back ever. I got really bad food poisoning from that meal probably the worst I’ve ever had. I don’t know if it was the chicken itself or the cleanlines of that restaurant but Im not eating there or at any KFC anymore. I also know a whole familiy who got food poisioning from another KFC in santa ana.
