Worst place ever! This place is dirty and the smell is awful, Maria, of the employees, is RUDE and disrespectful. Donuts were ok, but the service and atmosphere where horrible! Never coming back!

OMG… This place was so dirty it scared me… the floor is mopped with dirty water and it has dirt streaks all over it. It was so gross. The lady behind the counter was more concerned with her personal cell phone call than waiting on customers. Customers literally had to yell for her to come out from somewhere in the back. She reluctantly waited on those pesky customers who dared interrupt her call. Not once did she remove the phone from her ear. We were there for about 15 minutes and each time a customer came in they had to try to find her to get help. I have rarely seen such disrespect to those who are paying for your donuts and services. Never going back again.

I come here when I’m in the area(and I’m in the area often) and its late at night and I want something quick. The ham and cheese croissant is nice if you’re craving something savory, but it’s not fresh when I go. Sometimes I’ll get lucky and they happen to make a fresh batch of donuts and it’s the best! Food is ok, good when fresh. They also sell different bottled drinks and ice cream etc. There are chairs and tables inside… Staying open 24 hours is nice.

People don’t go here for the donuts… They go here for the Lottery. This little Donut shop flaunts all the big winners on their wall and people keep coming back. Guilty! I had the donut holes here, $ 1.00 for a bag is hard to beat.

Jax Doughnuts is not the fanciest establishment in town. The product quality is average and the service is non existent. If your in area and are seeking a quick doughnut this is the place for you. Their apple fritters are a bit greasy but will hit the spot in a jam.

Just your regular donuts, not too exciting. A lot of older men hang out here, not sure why… it’s their hang out spot I guess. FYI, they do accept cards, but charge 50 cents.

I remember this place selling good donuts back in the days, but in recent years the quality has gone downhill. They used to be where Starbucks is then moved twice to where they are now(two storefronts from Starbucks). They are open 24 hours a day and they shamelessly DO sell old donuts as well. The donuts are small and not consistent. The place is not very well kept, its dirty and looks a bit rundown. Another problem which i feel sorta bad writing about is that it is a hangout spot for the homeless and you do get your fair share of crazies as well. Not making light of the social problem but just letting you know that you will run into more than just one on a visit. Customer service is also lacking, its below decent.

This is a local donut shop that is always full of locals, especially ol’ fellows. I am not the biggest donut fan, but I love a good croissant. It’s not a french croissant… I am NOT saying that, but the plain croissant will get you out of a jam when you don’t have time to stand in long lines next door at Starbucks, or you don’t feel like spending a fortune on a pastry.

Used to come here for years until they attempted to charge me 50 cents to pay with a debit card on top of a $ 2.00 charge for what I wanted originally. Not only is that illegal under California State Law*, it’s also a violation of the merchant agreement. Then when I said I’ll just pay cash, she still charged me the same amount. I never went back to dispute it because it would logically be a waste of time to try to reclaim something like 50 cents — And I was already across town by the time I realized the mistake. It might have only been 50 cents to me, but this was really sleazy of you, especially after patronizing your establishment for so many years. Seriously, grow up. And yes, it’s well known that Starbucks lowers property values when they set up shop. No, the best place to get donuts is at Euclid/Katella @ M&M’s Donuts — As of this writing, they have 554 reviews, 95% of them entirely about the blueberry pastries. You think the wait for In N’ Out is long? Try hanging out there just to get a bite. *Reference: «California Civil Code Section 1748.1: No retailer in any sales, service, or lease transaction with a consumer may impose a surcharge on a cardholder who elects to use a credit card in lieu of payment by cash, check, or similar means.»

Best donut shop in town! It’s open 24 hours and it seems that no matter what time of day or night you go, there are always tones of donuts to pick from.

One more average donut place filled with old people chilling. The donuts are better here than the bakery items next door at Starbucks — but it didnt take much. They probably could kick it around on the floor for a while before giving it to me and it still would be a bit better. Did anyone see the story about Starbucks lying about the amount of calories in their muffins? They got fined by NYC for it.
