IHOP

I had breakfast with a group of friends, and had outstanding service. The waitress was very sweet and helpful. :)
I wish I caught her name.

I really don’t know what some of these bad reviews are all about. First of all, the food tastes like IHOP food, haha. Seriously, it’s dumb to critique the food at a restaurant chain because tastes the same 99% of the time… In any case, my review is for the staff. I have been here 3 times and the staff is always very friendly. Once, it took a while to get service because it was SUPER busy, so it was understandable. All in all, staff here is amazing! :)

Servers and management were rude, food was undercooked. Better to go to Norms down the street.

Our server Judith was great with us when she started helping us! When we first walked in it took about 10 minutes until they even offered us to get something to drink then when we finally ordered our food was cold not even warm but cold to the full extent of the words meaning and my mother’s food didn’t even come until we were all about to finish eating… out of all the ihop’s we have been to I must say this has been our worst experience! Oh and to top it off my little brothers pancakes had hair I them!

Food was mediocre and service was a shame. Whos running this establishment? The old lady Debby is a bitch as well. Dont come here and give your money to this shitty establishment. Only thing you guys didnt mess up was the water, kinda hard to mess up water though Debby.

Came in here like a month or two ago. The server we had was really nice we really liked her, but we saw the most disgusting thing that can happen in a restaurant. A couple started changing their baby’s diaper on the booth and NO ONE said anything! I just could not believe that none of the workers there said anything. People are eating! That was just disgusting and that is why I’m never coming back here

I love this ihop very clean and appalling service is fantastic my friends and I have been there a few times.

Out of all the Ihops I have gone to, this IHOP was a shame for offering what customers come in for… PANCAKES! The pancakes were seared (apparently too hot of a griddle) and mushy inside. The Manager came by and enquired about our meal experience. We mentioned how the pancake was not cooked correctly. She said it was because of the «humidity». She excused herself and came back with a stack of 3 more seared and raw pancakes. The gesture was nice, but I will never go there again. THE SERVER WAS AWESOME… Her name was Jessica.

The service is okay, food is out in a Timely manner. Usually have hood experiences in all Ihop locations. I would come here again.

Parking was very hard to find. Our server Jessica was very kind ! We let her know we were ready to order when we got sat she took our order and brought our food to us quick. I even let her know I had to be to work soon so she made sure our food came fast. Thank you, Jessica. I will for sure come back !

Food wasn’t prepared correctly, certain items listed on the menu were not plated. For example the sour cream and Serrano pepper were not plated with the chorizo omelette ordered. Also chicken strips were not plated with honey mustard sauce. Hash browns were cold. This created more work for our waitress Stephanie. (I feel this was a back staff/​kitchen issue)
However, When the manager Deborah came by to inquire she blamed the waitress. Our waitress took our order correctly and her service was pleasant. Then she blamed the cook stating he was too old (mentioning he was 35yro), which offended everyone at the table. I feel it was unprofessional for the manager to throw her employee’s under the bus. I would NOT want to work under a management staff that operates in this fashion. Acknowledge/​Evaluate the problem, apologize & work on a solution. It was not necessary to place fault on ANY one. Since the manager decided to point fingers maybe she should’ve directed one at herself.

The breakfast here is very good. French Toast, crepes, and the scrambled eggs with hash brown are always delicious. The waitress Angel is always nice, quick taking the orders, and accurate with what we ordered. The location is kind of small, so it gets kind of crowded. Parking is also a hazard be ready to wait for it a while. Other than that employees are efficient and kind, and the food is also great. I recommend this place.

We enjoyed a good breakfast at the IHOP. The food was served promptly. It was hot and the waitresses were kind and helpful. We had all kinds of eggs and pancakes along with home fries and sausages.
We recommend it to all.

I came here a couple of months ago and the food was good. It was comparable to the food quality of their other locations.
However, for my fellow germ-​o-​phobes out there lol, you may be feeling a little uneasy.
I think this place reuses the unused creamer containers that customers leave at their tables. I understand the need to reuse the unused containers for financial reasons even though the thought of it is gross lol, but when we received our bowl of creamer packets, it was covered in crumbs from the previous customer (s).
My fingers were covered in what appeared to be butter and pancake crumbs from having to touch it.
It just really grossed me out and made me question this particular location’s level of cleanliness in regards to the care taken when preparing our food.

I came here for breakfast, it felt cramped and there were only single restrooms so there was a huge line! Our server wasn’t very attending. We also needed a bigger table but the host wasn’t too nice about it just gave us am extra chair and said that he couldn’t accommodate. Love other ihops but not this one.

This place it’s a bit small than your normal Ihop but it gives it a very cozy vibe. I go here so often the owners already know me. Very sweet people even the girls that work there are super nice and very attentive. Unfortunately because it’s so small I usually always order to go specially on the weekends. (fyi) you get your food way quicker if you order to go. Overall this is my go to Ihop and will keep coming here for as long as I live around here
