Hookah Tobacco Zone

Been going here a lot when I lived in the OC. Shop is a great family-​owned business with great prices! The young man who helped me out really cared and was extremely knowledgable. They have a wide variety of hookah flavors which I love. Recommend this place to everyone who likes good deals.

I only came inside for a blunt wrap, I was not greeted, the associate was on their phone the entire time including finishing my transaction they did not even say thank you, I asked for the name of their business they gave me a fake name. I am currently in the store right now and he does not realize that I’m writing a bad review as we speak because he is still on the phone. This review is based solely on customer service or lack. Of not good.

I’ve had a fantastic experience at this smoke shop since the first day I started shopping here. It is a wonderful family owned business and they treat their customers like family! It’s a great feeling to go into a store and have a personal connection with the owners. Gary and Sheeka are great people and their store has a variety of product to meet all of their customers’ needs. They offer cigars, cigarettes, and hookah. I always know that I will get a good price for my product because I’ve compared them with other shops. I won’t buy my hookah anywhere else after the positive experiences I have had with them. If they are out of a particular item, they call me as soon as it comes in. Their customer service goes above and beyond my expectations and I know you will love shopping with them as much as I do.

I urge anyone who smokes cigars, cigarettes or hookah to come and check this store out! It is a wonderful family owned business and actually treat their customers like part of their family! It feels so wonderful to go into a store and everyone knows your name and actually care how you are doing. The prices are extremely competitive and some of the lowest around, I have been a customer for almost a year now and have never once been disappointed, even if by chance they are out of my usual brand, the owner actually goes out and gets them for me within an hour, then calls when they are there! To me, that is above and beyond awesome, anyone else would tell me to come back in a few days or a week, but not here. I love this shop and I know you will too!

Pretty lousy. I used to stop in a few years back but quit coming around and now I remember why. The whole place is just ran by a couple of people with zero manners.
When I first went back about two months ago, the kid working the register was really social and offered me a nice discount on whatever. The story behind this was that I was in a hurry and just browsing then said I would be back, he told me he would give me a discount when I did. I showed back up the same day, but when the time came to apply said-​discount, somebody else rang me up and the offer was not mentioned by him. Boo!
And I went back the other night. The teller was extremely rude, followed me around the store, and gave me a lot of stares when ringing me up. Oh and he charged me .50 to use my debit card — I guess he didn’t get the memo that congress lowered swipe fees to .24, down from .44. Which means that the advertised $ 1.49 was actually an unadvertised $ 1.75 for him after the fees were paid to the credit card company.
Two stars but I cant mention why, to do so would give them a bit of free advertising. Needless to say, this is two for two. Maybe I’ll try him again in a few years, but I’m not holding my breath.
