Went to buy meat today for a Company BBQ and decided to go this spot. I use to come here about 2 years ago and they always had the good marinade on their meats, I was hoping that didn’t change. They usually tenderize the meat through a machine but if that is not your steez just let them know and they will prepare it however you like, I myself prefer not tenderized. All I gotta say is this place has still got it… meat was very tasty and nicely cut. I was going to go with Ranchera but it was a little expensive, but then again… isn’t it everywhere? I decided to go with the Espaldilla cut and it did not disappoint. Very tender and juicy… plus since I paid less per lb. for this cut everyone Doubled up at work and their was still a bunch of leftovers for Tortas at home!!! I will be coming back to this spot again, even if it is about a half hour drive from my pad.

This market has the best meat for carna asada they prepare it right in front of you so you know it is fresh. The salsa there is great and fresh and only 1.99 for a tub of it. the Asada runs about 5.20 a pound but it is well worth it and if you are hungry in the same parking lot is the little caboose a great place to get tacos and the best green chili burrito.
