Grunta’s BBQ

Let me tell you something: you’ll be hard pressed to find better BBQ than Grunta’s. Every Wednesday I take the short trek from my office and partake in their delicious BBQ.
And believe me when I say that the taste is quite exceptional. I grew up on BBQ and Grunta’s takes me back to those times where I would sit outside with the family on a hot summer day and eat to my heart’s content.
The rib tips are my fav by far but all the other items are equally delicious (I’m just a sucker for rib tips). The sides are also tasty. If you have never had BBQ beans I suggest getting a side. Your taste buds will forgive you for never having given them to heavenly ambrosia-​esque taste of BBQ beans.
All in all do everything you can to eat Grunta’s. Cater them, come out to the Farmer’s Market on Wilshire and Curson, DO ANYTHING! Just get this darn BBQ in your stomach now!

My office building has weekly farmer’s markets & this is the first week that Grunta’s has been here!
There have been a few BBQ stands throughout the months but Grunta’s is by far the most delicious.
I ordered the ribs (3 good-​sized ribs for only $ 9!). The smokey meat was really tender, one step away from fall off the bone! And, the BBQ sauce… on point. not too sweet. not too sour.
Also came with a side of Potato salad. While it was prepackaged, it was still really tasty!
Can’t wait for next week to try their Hot Link sandwich!
