What’s not to love. I always get my toppings on the side: floor sweep, sprinkles, fudge. So so good!

The yogurt is amazing, the service not so much. The employees are bored white teenagers looking so miserable to work, like their moms are forcing them to be there. They just don’t care and are usually rude. A few weeks ago, I finally collected enough stamps to get the free regular sized yogurt. I asked the girl if my boyfriend could get the free regular sized one and I get a mini in the same transaction. She was supposed to charge me for the mini which is like $ 3 – 3.50ish and give the free regular. I made the mistake of choosing not to have a receipt printed because I didn’t notice she had charged for the regular one and gave the mini for free(as I was enjoying the fro-yo I was like, «wait, how much did she charge?» Of course it was too late and I had no proof. I know that part’s on me, but I assumed she would ring me up properly since I had asked her about it before the transaction.

Another dessert after we just had a 3 course meal, that ended with a dessert? Sure! This is actually my first time trying a Golden Spoon frozen yogurt. I was debating between the coffee and salted caramel, and left it in the hands of the server. She said, «salted caramel.» There you go, go for it! I’d like the mini. Very rich and creamy texture. Fairly good size, but over priced. Served with a golden spoon! The dining table we sat at was a little dirty, nothing that a clean napkin wouldn’t be able to pick up. Oh wait, more like spread over the table. Lol. Great yogurt and good experience. Thumbs up Golden Spoon!

Golden Spoon yogurt is always good, but why is every employee here always so damn miserable? Wouldn’t hurt to interact or even just smile at a customer every once in a while.

Glad they had pumpkin pie frozen yogurt it tasted just like the pie! But as for toppings they don’t have many fruits to choose from! Yes lost of candy toppings but no healthy fruit!

There is definitely something to be said for consistency. The La Palma Golden Spoon is consistently delicious every single time. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. Two of them were standing(almost) at attention when I walked in. :) I profoundly enjoyed my medium Old Fashioned Vanilla with Snow Caps(my favorite) and Walnuts. Ahhh the simple pleasures.

Absolutely delicious yogurt and amazing customer service. Come see Nicole and Alyssa, they’re awesome :) and super friendly. I’ve never had just anyone strike up conversation with me before. Keep up the amazing customer service, it’s 80% of what brings people back(not just the product).

Might be just me, but this place is better than I remembered. Small shop with just a few tables to sit on inside. The parking lot is a zoo, since it’s shared with the movie theatre and other food places. It’s not self-serve, but you get generous portions. You can also try some samples. Got the cake batter yogurt and it was really good! Yummy. Taste just like cake.

MARTHA is rude! I was here a few weeks ago and got major attitude from MARTHA when I asked her to please fill my extra side container, which I was also paying extra money for. Today I went back trying to give this place a second chance, and MARTHA was there again. I had my voucher for a free yogurt and I ordered my side container. When paying my total was $ 1 for the side, I handed her my debit card and MARTHA said she could not accept any cards for purchases under $ 2.50. «It wont work» I explained that I did not have cash, and MARTHA continued to state she could not accept my card and she even suggested I did not get my yogurt today. I should come back when I have cash. I told her this«policy» she just created was not publicly posted anywhere for customers to see and that it needed to be posted. She then aggressively grabbed my card and charged $ 1 while sarcastically stating she will create a sign later. I thought my card would not work for anything less than $ 2.50? hahaha lies! I called back to get her name and found out she is also this location manager/owner! What a complete joke! Nice way of gaining customers lady.

We come into this Golden Spoon about twice a week and it’s s plus the theatre lets you take their yogurt in to watch a movie too. There’s always a nice college guy(his name starts with a J) that always makes it right, is friendly, makes the line go fast, a treats our kids like they’re special. Neat store! Great job guys… Quality employees means quality store!

I love love love golden spoons, and get so happy when I can find one in the area. This location is the same as all the others, red and white motif and simple décor. It had a good selection the day we went but no peanuts :(

I love golden spoon It’s odd to say this, but it’s feel very old school for me. With Yogurtland and every frozen yogurt clone, golden spoon kind of drifted away. I mean, you don’t even serve yourself! How archaic, right? Call me a sucker, but I prefer Golden Spoon and this location works just fine for me. The service is fairly quick and friendly and they usually have a pretty decent selection on tap. What really makes it even better is the location– right next to Cinema City and across the street from In N Out– frozen yogurt after the movies or after dinner. Take the time to stop by– Golden Spoon is still one of the best frozen yogurt spots around and this particular location does the job just fine. The only warning is the the place is kind of small so there could be a small line and the parking lot can get a bit crowded on weekend nights. It’s not miserable though– work through it.

Love this shit. Frozen Yogurt at it’s finest. They have a lot of great flavors to choose from no matter what your preferance. I’m more of a chocolatey, caramely, type person. When it comes to dessert I like to stay out of the fruit sphere all together. I do that during meal time. Dessert — that’s my time, get out of here with your fruits! But rest assured they have that stuff. I was going to rattle off a few of my favorites when I came to the realization they’re all my favorites. They’ll let you try whatever you want so don’t hesitate to try a few before making you final and very importaint decision. I used to favor the DIY frozen yogurt places but when it comes right down to it, it’s just not safe for my inner fat kid. I go up to weigh it and find I have $ 12 worth of frozen yogurt and ungodly topping/yogurt pairings. I swear I just black out and walk out with all of the flavors and each and every topping they have in the joint. Golden Spoon, you don’t have to worry about any of that. Portion control if you will! Prices are moderate and they pack some serious yogurt into those cups. I’ve never been skimped on, not once in the years I’ve been going! When it comes to delicious frozen yogurt it’s best to leave it on the other side of the counter in the hands of a professional, where shame will stop me from asking for more then two different toppings or flavor types.

Golden! What a delicious way to finish off a night and offer a well deserved reward to a very special young lady who accompanied me on a date at the movies. We saw Percy Jackson and watched him battle Luke to get the Golden Fleece. Nothing could mean more to a little girl then walking in and obtaining a golden spoon from a place with the same name and having fresh creamy deeelicious yogurt. Percy Jackson may have been the star of the show, but this night the moon shined a little bit brighter for one little girl who was the brightest star of all. This golden spoon location has great customer service and serves fast, even faster than the lightning thief! I am a fan! Golden Spoon frozen yogurt, Anaheim Hills… another reason the OC is the best place to live.

The last time I went to a Golden Spoon, the golden part was just the spoon. The day I got me some yogurt, I felt some of the gold. On this particular venture, I chose the salted caramel. Now that was a good base for all the craziness I put for toppings. I got greedy and chose vanilla as well. Add chocolate chip cookie dough and floor scrapings and bam! 2000 more calories to an otherwise healthy snack. yah… oh well Needless to say, it’s not your fruity tarty fancy shmancy yogurtland but it definitely has some flavor.

This place is usually not my favorite of the many GS shops in the area, but I’m leaving this positive review to let them and all yogurt lovers that they are the only ones who are having the QUARTSALE this year. That’s right kids, a whole quart of yogurt for a mere $ 5. This is the stuff dreams are made of. There was a time when all of the local branches had this miracle of a deal going this time of year, but now it is only this majestic place. Keep up the good work!
