I never(never) write bad reviews. It’s so against my code considering that I work in the customer service and understand that the people up front are just there. Easily replaceable. Which their manager need to retrain their stuff. The store was completely empty and there was two sales associates. They did not know their products. So I end up researching on my own and ordering from Amazon while I was inside the store. Like why even waste on time going to a place if I’m not going to get help. Like I wanted to see if they knew anything about my body type and would be best for me. It was such a waste of time. *I actually read the reviews before coming here so maybe it’s just the day I came in. These sale associates did know their products nor did they care to help me*

So I walked in to the store to get some diet pills! I had tried different ones that haven’t really worked. David G helped me out and talk to me for 30mins to find the perfect diet pills. He was so kind and friendly! I enjoy talking to him and hope that the pills do work for me. Thanks again

I came in looking for a refill protein powder. I had many other questions regarding vitamins and BCAA’s. Joel and David G. went out of their way to explain in details the difference between supplements. They even stayed open 10 minutes extra to explain it all to me. It is good to finally get the right info after going to various GNC’s. I am only coming here for now on. Thanks!

The employees here know their stuff. I go in for quest bars & ask a simple question about a supplement and next thing, I’m out with new goodies to help with my fitness. I’m the type of person that’s always asking questions and concerns about a product to the very last detail. They’ll help give step by step information as to when and what to take each supplement with. I bought the women’s ripped vitapak program which consist of 30 packs of sealed bags filled with 9 different pill supplements to take daily. I really don’t know anything about supplements, I usually take them all in one sitting but they directed me on when to take the 9 pills. *after breakfast — take 2CLA, multivitamin and the waterex pill.* after lunch — 2CLA, multivitamin, and a biotin pill* @noon a preworkout pill /caffeine pill(if I don’t plan to take a preworkout drink). I’ve been to other GNCs and this has to be the only place I’ve been to that have workers that know their shit.

Sorry to break it to you. This is one of the stores that is just put up for GNC to push their products in a well populated mall area. Little that they know Anaheim Plaza is on the lowest of the totem polls for shopping malls. If you are grading by income level, this would be a D+. I came here because I was completing my Walmart shopping at this«mall» and thought it was a convenient place to pick up some protein shake. I walked up to the door at 5pm on a Wednesday and a voluptuous Hispanic girl was locking up the doors.(Aren’t health stores suppose to hire hotties to show the results of their products?) I walked up and asked, «I thought the sign says you close at 7pm?» She responded, «Oh I was going to just take a break.» Reluctantly she ends up letting me into the store, as if I am doing her a favor or something. Then I walk in and I ask, «Do you carry Muscle Milk?» She responded, «Yes».(blank stare) Obviously I am implying I would like to know where it is. Apparently her thought process was if she ignored the customer enough, they would end up leaving. I was actually ready to spend some money. So with a frustrated tone I asked, «Do you know where it actually is?» She then pointed to the corner where I ended up finding what I wanted. God help me if I was going to actually ask her the differences between the different types of Muscle Milk they have on the shelf. That would just require too much effort. So I went ahead and paid for my order. The credit card machine was taking a while to process, and she had the audacity to ask, «This machine is taking forever, do you think you can pay by cash?» Then all of a sudden the machine started working and processed. I was thinking to myself, if I said yes, would she refund me when I get double charged? Probably not. Either ways, this was a hellish experience. Also I have discovered VitaminShoppe in Orange thanks to this hellish experience. A place where they actually like customers. So it wasn’t too bad after all.
