Placed a carry out order an hour and ½ earlier than the time I was going to pick it up. Got to dominos and the girl at the front couldn’t find my order although I had already paid for it over the phone. Then she found it and told me I had to have the card and id even though I already paid for it. Then they told me it would be another 15 min for my order. They have over an hour ½ to get my order ready but we’re still late. Unbelievable, usually like dominos but having to deal with this is definitely making me second guess myself. Not pleased

We order from here (delivery usually) around 3 – 5 times a month and they are always on time. There has been times though in where our food was cold, minus one star. I recommend the buffalo chicken bites! They are addicting!

This is purely for the service I received. Didn’t appreciate whoever made the decision, whether it be the manager or owner, to make it DELIVERY ONLY on Halloween night seems how we paid extra money for our Über to drive here.
That being said, all the employees working that night anywhere from 1230 – 2 were AWESOME. My drunk, rude friend (sorry btw) decided to mouth off to the guy and girl who were both trying to help us and they both handled the situation in the most professional, patient way. A they informed us that we could have the pizza delivered to our hotel room, which was music to our ears since that’s all we wanted.
Thankyou so much for dealing with us, and to Dominos, you should reward these employees for putting up with drunk morons, let alone just for working that night!!!

This dominos pizza place is just ok. Though it’s not so bad that ur sick from eating there food, but the food is always great it’s just sometimes when u do a online order it can be complety wrong so just double check call them if u have any doubts

Update:
I was contacted by dominos corporate customer service who took my Info and forwarded it to the store management. They called me and we sympathetic and apologetic. They credited my account and made it all right. Good job Dominos.
Update #2:
While the company did make the first situation right, the franchise failed to mention that my credit had to all be used at one time. So when I used like half the first time no one mentioned that policy. When ordering a second time I attempted to use my remaining credit and that’s where I was informed of the rule. Again, they made the first situation right, they goofed and I lost half (ish) of the credit.

Horrible, disgusting wings. The skin wasn’t cooked well so it was slimy and fatty. I couldn’t even finish my order and I am still hungry.

They completely messed up my order! I ordered one pizza with pepperoni and light jalapeños only on the left side (so the right side would be cheese only) but instead got a pizza with pepperoni on one side and cheese and jalapeños on the other.

Hidden pizza spot if technology these days wasn’t around to pin point the location. Ordered here in the last 5 years 5 times. Only one time was I disappointed but wasn’t the service, it was cause the chicken tender promo they had cost more than what is given as a serving. Other 4 times pizza was on point and fully cooked. Out of those 4 times was also they calzone style they had and that was good for $ 5. People working there seem understaffed which makes personalities more stressed as if any other job with short amount of workers. Hit or miss depending on others experience. I personally don’t buy chain pizzas & that’s why I only had 5 encounters here…

Ordered carryout; 5.99 each for medium two topping pizza. Paid $ 1 extra per pizza for the handmade pan crust which comes in the black box. Really good pizza in my opinion. The service was friendly. They said they didn’t have plates which was the only negative part of the experience. Will definitely order from domino’s again, and will pay the slight up charge for the pan crust.

Be careful with using your credit card. It appears someone took our number and has used it multiple times. We had to have our card cancelled because of the fraudulent charges.
When I contacted them they did not even care. I called the district manager and he did not care saying he had to take care of his customers. I asked for the record of where the pizzas were sent so I could file a police report. He never got back to me and it is proof that they really don’t care how they make money.
I have eaten here the pizza is not really special and mostly greasy and cold. There are plenty of good pizza places locally and you should avoid this one at all costs, especially if you plan to use a credit card…

Very cold pizza 2out of 3 times for delivery. I am going to stop ordering here for delivery from now on unless I pick it up myself. Takes too long for delivery and even if pizza comes on time, it’s cold and inedible. And I only live 2 blocks away.

VERY bad! The girl speaking doesnt even know any of the specials o4 whats on the menu shes lost! I ordered my food and she said 35 — 40 mins. I waited 1 hr and called back and she said 5 mins he’ll be there. 20 mins after he didnt even show up! Went and got pizza hut. Bad service

Food was cold and wasn’t very happy at all. Ordered 2 pizza and 50 wings. Everything was cold. And the customer service was terrible. I wouldn’t go here again. I was disappointed. I expected better pizza and service from them. This will be the last time we go there

Regarding the service, it was exceptional, speedy and efficient.
They actually showed up to my condo door without having me to come down and get the pizzas like most delivery companies.

This store has the WORST service EVER!
Tip– Don’t expect any suggestive selling like icing for ur lava cakes. No sauce w/​Parm Bites.
Try another Domino’s store if I were you.
ALL ya had to do; make it simple for me! That’s called repeat business. Not from me!

When I finished ordering for delivery I asked the person to please repeat the order back to me, rudely she did then ubruptly hung up without insuring the order was correct. Thankfully it was.
But the food was disappointing! The pasta was very dry, the toppings on the pizza was very sparse. It was hot and delivery guy was fast and courteous, if not for that I would have given only one star! Will not be ordering from here again anytime soon.

Update; we finally got our pizza 2 hours late only after we made a complaint to corporate. The delivery man didn’t even try to apologize until we told him that we didn’t like his attitude. Once we finally spoke to the manager Paul he was not apologetic at all either. Very bad service and tried to lie saying they were late because they were closed haha nice try. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE
