This couple took over 10 min trying to decide which pins they wanted out of 5. An employee by the name of Dana was the only register open at 10 pm. I told her I just wanted one Ursula Halloween pin. She said ok and continued to ignore me. I asked a guy that looked like a mgr… turned out to be a merchandise rep and he’s like sorry I’m not the mgr. 15 min total and I left no pin. The woman could of rang me up for 1 pin as the couple was taking their time and I was next. Well I left with no pin and I won’t be returning. A++++ service lol.

This little hut gets 4 stars only because it sells my newest obsession — pins AND even sells limited edition ones. I just wish they would go ahead and expand the little area, because this hut can get busy to the point where you can’t see every pin. They do try to have 2 cash register areas but since California weather is hot, hot, hot, everyone chooses the cash register line in the shade. You need patience of a Jedi when you’re here. You will encounter fanatics who are buying tons of pins to resell on Ebay. It is to the point where they are at the cash register for more than 15 minutes trying to figure out which ones they want. What’s surprising is the staff are so patient with these people. I commend them for not losing their cool and keeping a smile on their face. Blink and you’ll miss this hut by the monorail station! I have only found the limited edition pins here so it’s worth a look through.

Pin Traders; Downtown Disney! It’s Disney’s 60th Diamond Celebration; I will just never forgive myself if I hadn’t come in the week it kicks off for some pins. Their staff? More than a warm welcoming when I entered; Sheila, very informative! Great day; great visit.

One of the fun things about the Disney parks are the multitude of pins that attendees and fans wear around the ubiquitous lanyards that they can purchase throughout the resort.(Of course, some people go a wee bit overboard by decorating whole vests and hats with them — and given how pins range from $ 8 to at least $ 20 for the limited edition pins, that’s a whole lotta dough!) Be that as it may, the Pin Traders kiosk at Downtown Disney has almost every pin you can think of that you may have missed at Disneyland, Disney California Adventure, or even the World of Disney store a couple of yards away. They’re also the first stop of choice when the super limited edition pins become available… but according to a cast member we spoke to last month, the lines for them start very early in the morning and stretch past several stores. Not that worth it, if you ask me. Also, the staff have pins available for trade if you ask — but it depends on what’s available to trade for. They won’t trade if they already have the pin you possess(which makes sense). The Pin Traders has something else going in its favor that you won’t see at the rest of the Disneyland parks — you can actually move around the kiosk rather freely!

I’ve been here a couple of times. I’m not a pin collector myself, but I have picked up a souvenir or two here. The staff are always friendly and courteous.

If you’re a Disney pin trader and can’t get into the parks for some reason, here’s where to go. The Cast Members typically have a good variety of pins for trade. There are lots of LE’s available and occasionally you’ll find leftovers from Pin Trading Nights here. The selection is comparable to the bigger stores inside the parks. The open air environment helps alleviate the«boxed in» feeling I tend to get when I’m at World of Disney, which always seems to be busy.

I’ve bought a couple pins from here. This is a very small shop but it has a good selection of items(pins, lanyards, and other pin accessories). If you have pins with you, you can trade them with cast members here. If you have an annual pass, you can use it here for a discount. SERVICE: Typical friendly Disney type service PARKING: Downtown Disney Parking WHERE: Downtown Disney — near the Monorail and across from Lego Store

If you are a pin trader, then this is your one stop shop for Disney pins. This pin store is located near the Downtown Disney Monorail station, across from The Lego Store. Here at the Disney Pin Traders venue, one can find an assortment of Disney pins, starter pin sets, pin satchels, and accessories. Already have pins with you? Stop on by to trade with other pin traders, or trade with the Disney Cast Members.
