We have been happy Direct Buy customers for 15 years. This Direct Buy franchise is great and the Rockes are wonderful. I am particularly pleased that I met Coleen because she has helped me figure out the right furniture for several rooms. The process seemed daunting at first, but she has given us great advice regarding products, placement, and décor. She is always helpful, responsive, and a pleasure. I am so glad that we visited this location and we will be coming here all the time now. Thank you, Direct Buy!

It will be hard for me to adequately put into words how grateful I am to the entire DirectBuy team. Geoff and Ann are absolutely fantastic individuals and have built a phenomenal business. I am especially thankful for Colleen Ryan and her design services. My husband and I are in the middle of a big remodel and with Colleen’s guidance and the great pricing the entire experience has been enjoyable. If you are like me, you want a good deal and you know what you like but you need a little support for the final product selectionI highly recommend DirectBuy OC.

My wife and I recently built a new home and took great advantage of our Direct Buy membership. The initial membership fee or just the whole idea of this place and how their membership system works may seem a little different from other club retailers but the savings are incredible here.
We bought all of our flooring, cabinets, and other items such as Legrand electrical switches/​outlets and appliances. Every single item were huge savings compared to the lowest price I could find anywhere. For example we got Kitchen Craft cabinets through them and compared our order line for line with a Kitchen Craft retailer elsewhere and ended up saving over $ 8000 if we were to purchase it through a retailer. Another example of the savings we got were Eleganza porcelain floor tiles. Since we were able to buy it directly from the manufacturer our price was half of what we would have paid if we went to their showroom.
Designing a kitchen is not easy however they have a wonderful staff to assist. My wife really liked our designer Sheila. She not only helped us design them but she was very knowledgeable with different styles, manufacturers, and materials of cabinets. They also work with several contractors to help if you need your items to be installed in your home.
If you are a builder/​contractor or just someone who is looking to remodel your home I highly recommend Direct Buy. It’s worth the membership and depending on how large your projects are you can easily save tens of thousands of dollars.

I’ve been a member for 2 years. We did a complete remodel of a 3 bedroom 2 bath home in Rancho Cucamonga. We were able to save over $ 25,000 working the the associates at Direct Buy. Everyone is always eager to help you get what you want for the best quality for the lowest cost. I’d would recommend them to anyone.

First of, joining Direct Buy was a decision based on our plan that someday in the future we would be pursuing a project that would make it all worthwhile. However, it was tough because after we joined in 2009, we often second guessed ourselves whether it was a wise thing to do. As times went buy, we did purchase items where we were able to have great savings but still not enough to cover our membership fee. Then last year and finishing early this year (2014 – 2015), we remodeled two of our three bathrooms. With the remodel of these two bathrooms, we are able to say that our being members of Direct Buy have more than paid off. And now we are working on the plan when we first became Direct Buy members. We have permitted adding an additional 500 sf to our home. With our plan to use Direct Buy for this project, it will more than show that our decision to become Direct Buy members was very wise.
In addition, Geoff, Ann and their team are truly a blessing to work with. When we go to Direct Buy family, we feel very comfortable like being with family. It is not perfect, but the positives more than outweigh the negatives. Thanks Direct Buy OC!!!

Walked into DirectBuy and was immediately greeted and guided on where to go/​who to speak with. Marcia was so patient and helpful and really treated us like we were the only customers in the building. She took her time, made helpful suggestions, and answered all of our questions. Great experience and amazing service. Plus fresh baked chocolate chips for the customers! :-)

Great products at great prices… customer service is amazing, I’ve completely remodeled my home using both their services and products

I am doing a complete remodel of my master bedroom and bathroom, and wanted to put in high end fixtures, lighting, ceiling fans, custom vanities, closets and cabinets, stone and tile, carpet, new windows and doors. When Sheila at Direct Buy helped me design the perfect vanities, I saved $ 9,000 off retail with my Direct Buy discount! I have been able to save an unbelievable amount on everything I wanted. Definitely worth my initial investment. Very friendly staff. Saturdays are busier, so visit during the week for more individual assistance and advice.

Shopping for flooring is never easy. There are so many different options and level of quality. At Direct Buy, we were lucky enough to have Dave guiding us. He was so incredibly knowledgeable about all the different types and qualities of wood flooring.
We were there for hours, exploring the differences and benefits of every type; everything from finished engineered hardwood to laminate to oil coated hard wood, even vinyl and ceramic tiles that looked like wood. Each had their own pros and cons. After a couple of hours of Dave going over all the different options, we settled on a Du Château oil coated hard wood.
The floor is amazing and we got a phenomenal price.
Next, we needed to choose carpet. Again, Dave was very patient with us and was so knowledgeable about all the different manufacturers. In addition, he had a great design eye. It is so difficult to try to select rooms full of carpet that will sit against the wood we just choose from two small sample squares.
Again, Dave guided us to an exceptional choice. We landed on a color a bit more golden than I think we would have chosen on our own, but it looked amazing once everything walk all installed. We could not have fine it all without Dave and Direct Buy.
Direct Buy gave us an incredible selection with endless choices and Dave gave us the guidance we needed to make it home beautiful. We get compliments all the time.

Are you wondering what this company is all about? Here, I’ll tell you. We came here with the wife and kids thinking that at 4 stars, we would be in for a great find. We tried to look around and the front receptionist at got extremely rude with us saying that this was a members only store. My response was, okay.” Then asked me if I wanted to join. My response was, no, you won’t even let me see what you sell. What sort of value am I supposed to gain through membership if you aren’t even interested in showing me anything. Do people really join these places blind. Look at Costco, at least they let you look so that you can see what type of products they sell. This must be one of those businesses that have the employees give them high ratings.

This is our first visit and it will probably be our last. We wanted to check out this place because we were looking for living room furniture. We are also in the market for home improvement ideas because we just moved into an old house.
The receptionist first question was whether or not we were members. We said we are just looking around. The next question was are you looking for a major purchase? Seriously??? Why would even consider becoming members of we don’t even know what your company has to offer which was why we wanted to look around. The back & forth banter kept going until we decided to leave.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We’ve been with DB for close to 20 years. The current location, personnel, and owners are the best we’ve worked with. I’ve used DB for all my furnishings and remodeling. Flooring, bath and kitchen cabinets prices are incredible! The best part is you get anything you want for true wholesale. A lot of times you will find clearance items close to DB prices but you are limited in choices. I just finished ordering cabinets for my kitchen and Sheila my designer was excellent! Super patient and detailed. She gave me so many great ideas that I would’ve never been able to visualize myself. If you’re planning to do a bath or kitchen remodel or just ordering a lot of furniture then it’s a no brainer to join.

We have been members for about 5 years and today came to the OC Direct Buy.
We have always found what we want for a great price and get to work with truly nice and helpful people.
This is well worth the membership and the drive.

I have been a direct buy member for 4 years and 3 remodels. The team in Anaheim is fantastic and the prices for some product categories such as flooring, window covers, furniture, windows, tile, grills and appliances are amazingly good. I would strongly recommend Direct Buy of Anaheim to anyone starting a remodel or planning to buy a lot of furniture.

While Direct Buy of Anaheim may not have had a relationship with the Tom Duffy Company, Direct Buy of Long Beach absolutely did. Their doors are now closed and the parent company is non-​responsive to our issue. We are left with a brand new, very expensive wood floor in which the finish has lifted off and the stairs creak.
Geoff from Anaheim responded to our post and we appreciate the gesture, however, our membership is still a disappointment, as no resolution has been reached.
