Diamond Case Designs

I was searching for the ultimate storage unit to be the centerpiece of my new home in Bonita Springs Florida. Diamond Case foot the bill, though I was a bit scared about buying a piece of custom furniture over the internet and shipping it across the country.
My concerns were overcome as Dave Hartfelder walked me carefully through the process. He was very patient as my wife and I debated the merits of a painted versus stained finish. Stained won out with Dave giving us a precise sample of a specially mixed color.
The design was built to accommodate my library of CD’s, DVD’s and AV equipment. It was akin to going to the furniture equivalent of a Savile Row bespoke tailor. It simply does not get better than this.
Given the huge size of the console, they designed it to ship in 3 pieces that fit together like a glove when unpacked at our home.
Amazingly the price was around what I would have paid for high quality ready made stuff from local AV shops.
Probably the best comment came from the local white glove delivery company. Prior to opening it, they asked if this was some priceless antique. They had never seen such meticulous work on a shipment.
Life is short and we live in an era of uniformity. Diamond Case is a good reason to buck the trend and satisfy your own particular needs.

We were so happy with Steve and diamond case my son ordered a home theater system and had it installed today. Once again the install went perfect. The installers we neat and friendly. Steve followed up to show how everything worked. It sounds amazing including the outdoor speakers. We are thrilled once again with diamond case

I purchased my TT-​400 Credenza almost 10 years ago and I’ve been happy ever since. In those days, there were very few options for a unit such as the one I chose. Diamond Case was the only one around. Today, there are more choices. but none with the quality, workmanship and value of Diamond Case. My unit looks as good today as the day it arrived. It’s all thanks to Steve and his dedication to his product and his customers. even 10 years later.

We found out about Diamond Case when they hosted an e-​waste recycling event a few months ago. At the time we were not ready to purchase a new TV but decided that when we were we would return. Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made us feel comfortable with the installation of such a large television over our fireplace. The prices were also very good. Thanks Steve!
