Nastiest bathroom ever– when I told counter person he remarked,’ well it’s a public bathro-and he said they can’t clean it as it’s not on their shift. om…’ Really? It says — customers only… nasty and Gross!!! Customer service limited at best– oscar was rather rude.

I usually go to del taco for lunch by myself. This time I invited my co workers some of them had never been there. We all ordered shrimp burritos. My co workers were amazed at the size of the burritos, that’s cause they ordered the Macho size. They were all very satisfied with the lunch it was delicious.

Went there tonight(4−9−15) and ordered two Classic Grilled Chicken Burritos. The first one sucked, as full of lettuce, a trivial amount of cheese and a trivial amount of chicken. I vowed to complain if the second one sucked also. The second one sucked worse than the first. What a surprise NOT! I took it to the counter and opened it up to show the miserable contents of my lettuce burrito. Humn. They had the nerve to start contesting the merits of this edible embarrassment, so I shut them down and told them they should be ashamed. Some days you are just not in the mood for BS.

This is the cleanest Del Taco I’ve been to and I’ll definitely stop here each time I visit the resort! Cheap and delicious eats and drinks and a clean dining area and easily accessible lot make this a must stop before entering the expensive and overpriced food in the park!

Second time coming here and it was terrible! Messed up the ordered twice after we pointed to the exact picture we wanted! The manager instead of helping us out charged us the difference even though they messed up and we told them before they charged us and still didn’t listen! The next time we came he was using his iPhone as he took my card and it looked like he was taking a picture of it. Just a terrible location and avoid it!

This place is a crowd pleaser for Disney fanatics visiting and just people passing through late night. Personally, this place is my go to since working at Disney means I clock out late at night. Leaving fast food critique aside, lines and drive thrus are quick and snappy. You’re always in and out(not to be confused with another California institution) without long wait. You’ll only occasionally experience a late night wait and even then service is good. I personally prefer the macho chicken burrito combo. I also appreciate that Del Taco is one of the few places that serve Pibb in their soda line up. PROTIP: ask for it bold and they stuff fries into your order. Just enough to appreciate it but not so much that it overwhelms your item. This place has my Disney Cast Member seal of approval.

What do I love about this Del Taco? That it was right around the corner from Yogi’s arcade, back when arcades meant something.

I figure you get what you pay for but the customer service was below lousy!!! I went through drive-through and couldn’t understand a word that was being said. Then when the guy gave me my change he just slapped it into my hand without telling me how much it was. He probably couldn’t count that high but what got me was just before he handed me my Value Pack, I saw him turn the box upside down and look. I thought that was a bit strange so when I got the box I felt the bottom and it was extremely soggy so I turned it slightly so as not to up-end all my tacos and looked at the bottom of the box. The box was so soggy and wet that my food was bulging through. Being as the employee in drive-through also turned it, he knew for certain that the box he was handing me was damaged and gross. When I asked for a new box, he gave me a dirty look. Like I said, you get what you pay for but this was below moronic!

It’s a Del Taco… Service tends to be on the slower side here, even when it seems to be an empty dining room. I suppose that could mean they’re making the food to order.

I was hungry and decided, what the hell? I hadn’t done fast food in a long time. So long that I needed about five minutes to peruse the menu here. They seem to have at least three varieties of bean and cheese burritos. I was in line behind a scruffy gent who yelled at them because they wouldn’t let him walk through the drive-thru(or something). It gave me more time. I saw the half-pound bean and cheese burritos. Only one dollar? Wow! Better get two. I liked the baskets of hot sauce packets at each table. Nice touch. El Scorcho(is that what they call it?) was just what I needed. These burritos were fine. They fed the need. For two dollars, they were awesome. This was my inspiration for trying them: Would I go back?(To Del Taco, I mean. Not this particular location. I probably won’t have business in this area again.) Sure. It’s above-average fast food. Vegetarians: I did some research for you. Del Taco says that these burritos are vegetarian. Here’s my source: Next time, I’ll try the green sauce.

Confessing a potential bias given our nearest Del Taco at home is 30 miles away, so now nearly 400 miles out, I’ll get the kid her meal-in-a-box from that other place and take my bride here for dinner. The décor is somewhat spartan, but does the trick. The portions and food taste is spot on, as is the price. The two of us can get a potpourri of items(cards on the table, 85% of it is mine), and still be out the door for $ 14. And full without feeling fat. I order in a vanilla way, and they manage to assemble my order with my modifications and withholdings without a panic. Location-wise, it’d a bit odd, and the late-night crowd does seem a bit of a different breed(perhaps why nearly all hit the drive-thru), but I’ll take a few scruffy characters for a quick refill(or two) of my soda, clean tables, and not having to either eat in the car or a motel room any day.

Not the friendliest of staff working here but over four visits the food was consistently good(always seems to be at Del Taco) and close to the hotels I’ve stayed at in Anaheim. Open early for breakfast but serves lunch items even at 8am. Be sure to park in front or on the sporting goods store side since the right side parking seems to be used for a car wash operation.

So I have already shared my fondness for a certain competitor of Del Taco. We shall not name any names, let’s say that they sound like Baco Pell. So here I am in the land of Del Taco, and I HAD to try it. I had heard people argue which is better, and I think I have based my own conclusions. Let’s break it down: Ambiance: Baco Pell hands down. you walk into Del Taco and it looks cheap. There are no decorations on the walls or anything. The competitor has got new stores popping up that are actually really pretty, and have awesome posters on the walls. Del Taco does however have their hot sauce packets on the tables, so if you need them you don’t have to get up to get more. Menu SIZE: Again, Baco Pell hands down. There were few things that the menu had that I could eat as a vegetarian, but maybe I got a dud as an employee that didn’t bother to tell me what else they had. Price: Del Taco. I got at least 25% more food that I would at their competitor for about the same price. Taste of Food: Del Taco. I loved these little bite things that had jalapeño, potato and cheese in them, and you could actually taste the beans in your taco and burrito. This was a close competition, and I think by a VERY narrow margin Del Taco won. Maybe however, I am saying this because I don’t live near a Del Taco and don’t have a choice? Either way, I am glad I tried Del Taco, and would be likely to go back.

Wow definitely not as good as I remember Del Taco from other locations before. I guess meat quality isn’t what they were known for but had a mealy mouth feel and the burrito I got with my combo had all the cheese at one end and the meat on the other end which kind of sucked. I always thought they were cheaper than Taco Bell but this time price was about the same.

It’s one thing to have customer service when working at a restaurant, or even anywhere, at that. Which, we all know, not very many people have. However, you’ve got to at least have ‘people skills’ and try not to come off rude! Came in tonight, Wednesday, 05/09/2011 at approximately 6:45 P.M. Drive-thru. Maria, not exactly very polite. She came off very rude & made me feel as though I was an inconvinience to her. Excuse me?!? But, girl should be happy she’s got a job; especially with that attitude of hers. It’s safe to say, I won’t be coming here anytime soon. Thanks to Maria! :)

I’ve stopped here often on the way to DLand. The food isn’t great but the price is… so you can judge from that. I do like the quick service and drink price. Much better the all other fast foods

I used to really love Del Taco but I think I’m just getting burned out on fast food. Despite my own bad decisions and food choices Del-Taco is still great for a cheap meal. My favorite is their breakfast. I have always been a sucker for breakfast burritos and I love theirs. The little hashbrown sticks are nice and crispy. My favorite thing here though is the bacon, egg, and cheese quesadilla. This place isn’t usually packed despite its close proximity to hotels and the dreaded Disney. Kind of in a lonely place.

When I asked for extra hot sauce, I got 20 packets! Awesome!!! Love the stuff! They really need to start bottling it up and selling in on its own. Great, low cost place to refuel near Disney.
