I was referred to Chuck by a neighbor who had used him many times over the years and had referred him to several other people. I was so glad that I took the time to get an estimate from him. We needed to replace our 32 year old furnace and 20 year old A/​C unit. Chuck’s quote was actually comparable in cost to another contractor I was pretty much settled on using but with better equipment. He worked hard to earn my business, was very patient with all the phone calls regarding follow up questions. Once we agreed on the estimate, Chuck and his crew were at my house the next morning. He and his crew were very reliable and courteous. They were on time, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Throughout the whole process, he kept letting me know that he was not just looking to earn a job, rather a customer for life. I would not hesitate to refer CW Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone else. Also, a special thanks to Alex and Danny, it was a pleasure to have you working at my home for a day and a half.

The furnace at my rental property needed repair just before the Thanksgiving Holiday. I contacted 5 different repair services, all had very high service call rates and were unavailable until after the holiday. I then contacted CW Heating, Chuck the proprietor, was very knowledgeable and personable. He also had the lowest service call rate. He showed up the same day he was contacted, which was before the holiday, and was very punctual. Chuck had the part and heater repaired in less than an hour. Rate for the service call and repair was more than fair. CW Heating & Air, Chuck, will be our go to guy form here on out. (And he’s on Angie’s list)
