Community of Christ

These are my friends who also volunteer with my organization, L’Arche Wavecrest. They have also prayed for us and donated money to us.
But I can not be biased in my reviews. What I can tell you is 3 starts DOES NOT mean to skip them. In fact, CHECK THEM OUT!
They are a small community, and I dinged off a star for the fact that I hardly see any young families at the community gatherings. Maybe they are all busy and only go to worship services, which are only offered once, 9am Sundays.
What you will appreciate is their strong willingness to get to know you and be a friend to you. Sure there is an «official» pastor, but this congregation actually has a couple of people who are learned in spirituality and technical theology. So, you could find many options for getting your spiritual mentorship needs met.
I do worry about my friends and how very small they are. I fear that they may have to close up shop and merge with another congregation if they don’t grow.
In the mean time, they are waiting for newcomers with open arms.
