My go to Chinese place in Anaheim. Every dish I try I like. They also have great lunch and dinner specials. The smoothies and boba are pretty good too. I’ve only ever gotten take out and there usually isn’t much of a wait. Their prices are very affordable and the food is great.

My boyfriend and I have been looking for good Chinese food in Anaheim for about 2 years and have had no luck, until we came here. The food is amazing and cheap! The owners are very polite and kind. I am so happy that we were told about this place! I only gave it a 4 star because though the service from the owners is great and the food is delicious, I came here with family(7 people) and it took an hour for us to get our food. Not only that, but about 4 tables were just left there with dirty plates. Again, great food! I would recommend this place if it’s just two people going to eat not for a large party.

Listen, this isn’t some fancy place but it ISGOOD, Especially for the price. My husband and I each got a dinner plate and he got a soda, total was $ 13.99! The almond chicken is delicious and the kung pao was great too. From the outside it looks like a little hole in the wall, and let’s be honest, the name combined with that fact doesn’t make me too interested to go… Luckily Unilocal is to the rescue! Try this place out!

Very disappointing. Called to order my food for takeout and was told 25 minutes. I arrived after 30 minutes only to wait another 20 minutes for it to be ready. Crab rangoons were pretty good. Other than that the meal was a total waste. The chicken teriyaki was overcooked and drowned in this thick, overly sweet sauce that tasted nothing like the teriyaki I’m used to. The chow mein has okay flavor but was incredibly greasy. Prices were cheap but the portion sizes are smaller than your typical Asian restaurant. I won’t be back again.

To be fair, I have no idea how the food looks or tastes due to the fact that I never got to taste a morsel of it. Even though it does say Deliver: Yes, they don’t really mean it. I was even willing to pay the additional $ 3 charge. Called at 6:30, was told that it would be 50 –60 minutes. No problem, that’s the usual time frame for delivery. 7:30, they call me to tell me they’re busy so they won’t be able to deliver until 8:00, do I still want the food. Yes, I do. I can wait 30 more minutes. 8:30, I call them hoping the delivery driver wasn’t maimed in an unfortunate hot soup accident. Nope, she just tells me that she’s still busy and still can’t deliver. *Sigh* Cancel order and tell her she should stop offering delivery. There are few things worse than promising food to hungry individuals and not feeding them. It’s cruel and unusual.

Came here after Disneyland since my boyfriend and I were craving Chinese and we saw this on Unilocal. Right off the bat, the owner was really nice and show us our table. So many choices to choose from and everything sounds sooo good. We did what she recommended and that was a great choice. It’s tiny and quiet which is a nice atmosphere. Every customer that walked in that night, it seemed like the owner knew them personally since they would greet with a hug. I believe the restaurant is owned by a married couple where the wife manage the front and the husband manage the kitchen. Overall I would recommend this place if you are craving chinese food after a Disneyland trip, literally 10 minutes away from Disneyland!

A strong 4 star. I lived around here and didn’t know this place was here due to it being pretty hidden from the main street. Delicious food, friendly staff, reasonable prices. I’m definitely coming back again soon

I’ve been eating here for 15 years and have never had a bad meal here. To-go is my game as the restaurant itself is mustard yellow and straight from the 70s. My standard order is the one item combo with orange chicken and all chow mein, plus an order of wontons. I was in China earlier this year and was worried that the food there would be so good that I couldn’t continue to eat here with a clear conscience. Luckily, that wasn’t so – the fare here is far better than a lot of the food I ate in China, especially the more authentic dishes like Kung Pao chicken. Phew! Good old Chinese food, nothing fussy, and the staff is as nice as they need to be(again, to-go is my game, so I haven’t stayed there long enough to really notice if they’re rude). What more do you need from a Chinese place?

I feel horrible for leaving a bad review, because even though I waited almost one hour for my food. I realized that the restaurant is owned by a couple and its just two of them working at the restaurant the whole time. The food is good and also very cheap.

This place is amazing! Chose delivery straight to my hotel room and I’m nothing but satisfied. Not too expensive and the food was absolutely delicious. We got the chicken chow mein and there was such a large amount! Same with the lemon chicken which was like chicken katsu only 10x more amazing! Would recommend this place to everyone!

The food is super cheap and tastes decent. I would definitely come back because the lunch is so cheap compared to the other places in the area. I didn’t think the food was GREAT, but it was definitely worth the amount I paid. The portions are medium sized. Maybe I’ll try a different dish next time. I had kung pao chicken with fried rice. I think that the chicken could be cooked a little longer so that the flavor really gets in the chicken.

Best Chinese food I’ve ever had!!! Price is always great! We went tonight… There were 7 of us and the bill was under $ 75! Everyone had more than enough and we even brought some food home! The owner, Wendy is always very sweet and remembers us every time we go :)

I spent 33 dollars on a 6 person family special and ordered extras to come out over 50 dollars to get home 5 miles away to find all the containers 25% full. mind you they were empty and still took 30 minutes to make it. horrible value I will never go there again.

The food is tasty. But, they do not give enough meat in the dishes. My favorite is the Kung pao shrimp and orange chicken. The place is older… not much ambiance. I usually order take out.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. My stomach and taste buds are so confused. I’m pretty sure all I digested was grease and soggy batter. I should not have come here on an empty stomach. And I will not come here again. So unfortunate because the lady there was pretty nice.

I came to get some food to go and now I know they deliver. I ordered the family special for four$ 21.00, kind of a steal. Orange chicken, this tasted okay, but there wasn’t much of it in the container Kung pao chicken, this was pretty tasty, but too many peanuts. Soup was hot and sour and delicious. Egg rolls meh Rice not so yummy Chow mein was kind of the star, which is bad… For cheap Chinese it was okay, but I was expecting better.
