What I asked for is EXACTLY what I got. To me this is rare because sometimes some barbers just start to cut how they want without listening to the client. Marta did an AWESOME job, she listened and she delivered. I will definitely be going back. Thank you

While vacationing in the area, I needed a haircut. I checked Unilocal and decided to give Big Daddy’s a try. Was not disappointed! Excellent haircut at a reasonable price from a friendly barber. What more could you ask? Will definitely go back next time I’m in town.

I came in for a simple fohawk haircut and the lady couldn’t do it right. I didn’t say anything but when she let me look at my haircut in the mirror and I was fixing it she told me no one does my hair like I do and laugh. She is friendly but can’t even do a simple haircut

The «manager» of this barber shop was extremely rude and unprofessional. I just left and took my business elsewhere

I go in for a hair cut to stop wearing a hat. I leave having have to wear a hat. I asked for traditional hair cut specifically. I would have thought in my life that someone could misinterpret. I look like a joke

Brenda is the absolute best!!! Such Great customer service, so friendly, accommodating she has great attention to detail. Makes us feel like family every time I bring my husband and Son here. We won’t go anywhere else, and we have no problem waiting if she has someone in her chair. Trust me she’s with the wait! If you want a great hair cut go see Brenda. She’ll take great care of you. Been going to this place for years now. I love it here, Love the friendliness and they acknowledge you as you walk in with a «Hi’ and smile to go along with it. Prices are reasonable and at the end my kids always get candy, even if they don’t get a haircut and only I do. Highly recommend this place, its like family here!

I asked for a fade. The fade came out straight but one side was higher than the other. I cannot comb my hair where it looks good. I do not want to shave my head off. You have to be very precise in what you ask for. I assumed the barber would look at your head and attempts to make it the best hair cut that fits your head shape. I have to wait and let it grow out.

I just had my haircut today for the first time in 7 years. In that time being my dad had been cutting my hair but that’s another story. Point is the lady, Martha, can really cut some serious hair. When she asked what I was looking for, I replied «I don’t know.» She told me not to worry about a single thing, and she did her magic. You better all believe that I will be coming here for a very long time.

Have been coming to this shop for the past couple of years and the quality had diminished to the point where I need to find another shop.
In the beginning Marta told me that a mens hair cut is very common and should be easy to do amongst barbers. In the past year ive had to shave my head twice due to the horrendous cuts. The trust has been lost. Nice people but need to find a barber that I can trust to cut my hair the same time every time.

A couple barbers here can be considered friendly, and one lady could cut some hair. Reviews saying that Dan and Marta are really friendly and talented are either friends or wayyy too exaggerated. Marta is friendly, don’t get me too wrong, but should could have conversation with you a little more than the other people sitting down and Dan.
The other guy, Dan, though is really really rude. He does a sloppy job rushing your hair while talking to everyone around. Seriously man… I’ve had him cut my hair many times and he consistently does a pretty bad job. especially with his customer service. Sometimes I will try to talk about what Him and other customers are talking about, but he just ignores me and continues talking to the others. He did not even finish the back of my hair. And he did not show me what it looks like with a mirror (I wonder why). I went home to grab a mirror to check my bad and… lets just say I had my 15 year old sister try to fix it.
I had the new lady cut my hair the time before this and she was okay. She took a little more time to make sure my hair was neatly cut. But she wasn’t the friendliest barber you will go to. It seemed like she tried too hard and being friendly doesn’t flow naturally. I came in on the guy that she replaced once, looked around, and he ended up saying to come back when Brenda gets there. I think this is the guy that everyone bags on in reviews so out of every I came, I made sure not to get my hair cut from him.
I’ve had Brenda cut my hair a few times, and she has had the best customer service. She actually focuses on you and your hair. She isn’t a bad barber either.
I live a minute away and I always give this place a chance. Especially with the couple that owns it. Like I said, one person does a pretty good job, but the guys here, especially Dan who has cut my hair on multiple occasions, really ruin the experience.
The first time I came here ever was because they were open at 9 and no one else was. Then I come when Brenda was working and it continued my pleasant experience. I will say that 3 out of 20 times coming in was good. ALL others were not. Today will be my last day coming in. I found this place on Unilocal; and if you did too, go to one of the other barbers on the search. It’s worth paying for this kind of treatment.

Best barber shop around. I used to live a mile away but I moved. I am now 35 miles away and I still drive here to get my haircut by Dan and Marta!
The shop is awesome. It’s like being at «Cheers» or on an episode of Friends when you are there. Every time you go in and get in the chair, there are fun discussions going on and everyone is laughing. Two TV’s are on with various sports to keep you entertained. And there is even a massage chair in the corner that you can use to work out the kinks in your neck.
I highly recommend this place. Come on down and get a cut and have a good conversation with some real, red blooded Americans!

This is a fantastic old school barber shop in Anaheim that does great with my two year old, Nicholas. My grandpa started getting cuts there in the 60’s and now four generations have been to that same barber since. Totally recommend!

First off I want to say prices here are pretty reasonable, $ 9 for a regular men’s cut and $ 12 for a special cut.
I went here for the first time about 2 weeks ago and was quite disappointed. I got my haircut by an older gentleman and told him I wanted a comb over with hard part. I thought it was pretty obvious where my hard part was from my previous haircut but the guy that cut my hair gave me another line below the hard part. I’m so glad that Brenda was working that day. She took the time to try to fix my haircut even though at the end of the day my sides were a lot smaller than what I wanted.
Two weeks later I went back and got my haircut from Brenda and was very satisfied. She is very friendly and a greater barber. She only works on Monday and Tuesday so if you want to get a haircut from her then plan on going those days. She says the owners are good barbers as well but I have yet to get my haircut by them.

My oh my! I’ve stumbled across this place 2 and a half years ago after some barber at a shop in santa ana messed up my hair and I got my hair fixed here. Then they showed me a new hair style to me with confidence. I would always want a 2 with a fade until Marta told me to let her try something out and if I don’t like it I don’t have to pay and there’s still enough hair to get the cut I want. And I was not disappointed! She is so skilled as you would hope since her and her husband Dan have been cutting hair for over 31 years.
They had an employee who took advantage of Dan and Marta that even messed up my hair but bringing up the situation to the both of them right away told me that it was not acceptable. He had messed up other people’s hair. Again Marta and Dan to the rescue and fixed my hair lol! They removed that employee known as the «fat guy.»
This is the type of shop you grow up in. They have cut children’s hair who later became adults and began getting their OWN kids hair cut here at big daddys.
Big daddys barbershop deserves a 4 and a half stars to 5! If you even look under the «un recommended reviews» you see that they are all 4 and 5 star reviews.
Check this place out you will not be be disappointed! And especially at the cost you can’t be wrong. You will be saying goodbye to those $ 30 haircuts for life!!!
