Great eye doctor. I would recommend her like a dear old friend :) Her staff is equally nice :)

Too bad there’s only five stars on this thing. Dr Jan and her staff went above and beyond in helping me with getting my contacts approved through insurance. Mind you, I’ve been nearly blind for ten years with the same insurance and no one was willing to actually submit the paperwork to get the job done. She also really worked with me to get me into better, more comfortable contacts. Can’t say enough good things about this optometrist or optical shop. Thank you dr jan!

Dr. Carmen Jan has moved to a new location just on the other side of the 91 freeway from her old location, in the Target shopping center. Much more nice location!

I just had my annual eye exam and I have to take a moment to rave about Dr. Carmen Jan who is not only an incredible optometrist but is also my favorite doctor in the pantheon of great doctors I’ve seen in my life.
Dr. Jan takes her time with you and thoroughly explains what she is doing at any given moment and will not let you leave her office without your total understanding of the results of your exam. She is very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. I am very twitchy when it comes to someone touching near my eyes but Dr. Jan makes me feel very comfortable and I am able to relax.
The support staff here at Anaheim Harbor Optometry are very helpful and nice. They also have a good collection of frames on site to choose from for glasses. I just can’t recommend this office enough! Dr. Jan also speaks Spanish for those who are more comfortable communicating in Espanol.
