Alhambra Tile & Marble

I am forever loyal to Alhambra tile & am telling everyone I know! Ray was fantastic-​professional, helpful & incredibly patient with my slow decision making!
We are thrilled with the shower & floor tile-​beautiful product and timely delivery. When I needed marble quarter rounds at the last minute, Ray worked to make sure they came in that day so my contractor could keep moving.

After going to many tile stores, this was the best one! Ray at Alhambra tile was a huge help in picking out our flooring. He ended up working with us on the budget that we had without compromising quality. We purchased a wood tile plank that is the nicest I’ve seen. It looks like real wood and fools people all the time. The tile we wanted had to be ordered and it came in exactly when he said it would. He was able to hold it for me until I was ready to pick it up with no issues. Unlike other tile stores that charge you for having a delayed pickup. We also purchased all the materials needed for installation such as the set and grout for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend and will definitely go back to see Ray for any other tiling projects I may have in the future.

Very poor customer service! This location has a large selection of decorative tile. We were told by Ray it would need to be ordered and would take 2 days to arrive. We came back on a Monday, ordered the tile and were told it would not be in until Friday. We called on Friday, spoke to Ray who said the truck had not come in yet. Ray said he would call and find out where the truck was and would call us back. He never called. He also said the store closed at 5:00 pm. Yet when we arrived to follow-​up with him at 4:45 pm they were closed. The sign in the window said they closed at 4:30 pm. I would not recommend this business to any one.

I went here on a whim. It may not look as nice as the other tile shops on State College Blvd., but service is pretty good. Ray helped me out with my bathroom and kitchen tiles. I went to 10 or more other places and kept coming back here because of his service. I would highly recommend checking this place out. Prices are very fair and selection is good. Ray was able to source bullnose and 13×13 tile for me on tiles I had purchased somewhere else.

What a hidden jewel. I stumbled into this place on the hunt for my bathroom remodle. I was going up and down «tile row» in Anaheim and stopped in to check out their options. The selection is fabulous but what really sold me was Ralph. Ralph was patient and helpful, informative and kind. I cannot say enough nice things about how well he treated me when making selections about my bathroom tiles. The store has all sorts of tiles to choose from and they offer hardwood, slate, and construction services. I had a really great experience here and I will be back.
