I would never recommend anyone to this office for prenatal care. First of all they take about an hour to see you even with an appointment. To fill out paper work it can take up about a month to get it done. Unprofessional as they ask you personal questions infront of other patients. Everytime I went to this office I left in a really bad mood. The service sucks

What a terrible experience trying to call this doctor to make an appointment. I was excited to see this doctor based on his recommendation for high risk pregnancy and natural birth. When I called to make an appointment, I explained to the receptionist that I was pregnant again after a recent miscarriage. She was VERY insensitive. She told me it was impossible for me to be pregnant so soon after a miscarriage(not true!) She did not bother to ask any details of my health history of miscarriage– just rudely said it was impossible for me to be pregnant– which is really not her place to say to me in the first place– nor is she qualified to make that determination by phone or at all! Then she refused to make an appointment for me. Unbelievable! I hope the doctor reads his reviews and takes some time to listen to the phone calls his receptionist has with patients.

Would not recommend this office. My review is based solely on the office staff. The PA, Tabita is great though. Had been scheduled for 3 different appointments. Each appointment I came to, the waiting room was full of 10+ people all at the same time with only one practitioner in the office at a time. There was never less than an hour wait & that is just ridiculous. One time, after my 1st&2nd appointments, after my insurance had already been authorized & approved all my treatments & testing, the front office receptionist told me there was a problem with my insurance & said I had dual coverage(which I dont have). When she told me what the supposed 2nd insurance I had was, I asked her to call, or go online(which takes less than 3 minutes from a dr office– i know because i use to do this) to that co & see if it showed I had coverage. Instead of doing her job, she told me I couldn’t be seen til I worked it out. I called while I was in the office & sure enough, did not have that insurance & got the proof. 2 hours later I was over it, but finally seen. I requested my records(3 pages– that’s it) & was advised that request would be approved by dr(who I had yet to meet) & that I’d get them in the mail… over 5 weeks, 3 phone calls &2 faxes later still haven’t received the 3 pages. Was advised today that it would be a $ 25 fee for 3 pages!!! More than my co-pay!!! Boy am I happy I found a new, competent office because this was a terrible experience.
