Brad is an awesome trainer. 1 hr workout with Brad is equivalent to 2 wks at the gym on your own. I can see the results within 6 – 8 workouts with Brad. He makes working out really easy & enjoyable & great results. All the years working out at 24-hr fitness on my own was so discouraging with little results.

I have never had a real trainer before, didn’t think I could or should afford it. I have found that it makes a big difference. Brad the owner does the training. He is very knowledgable in this field. He is great to talk to during workout, he knows a little about everything. He knows all the good and bad supplements. Although I haven’t lost the weight I was hoping to, it’s not because of the workouts, because they are difficult. Diet is 70% of the equation. I have got to work on that next. I have become alot stronger as a result of the workouts. I think Brad is a very good trainer.

I have been training with Brad Graham for 15 months. When I started he asked me my goals. I wanted to shed the extra pounds and build some muscle. My starting weight was 249. At 6 ft. Its heavy. After 6 months of nutritional guidance and consitent training 3 times a week. I was down to 194 and a 34 waste. We then really focused on building muscle. My weight slowly increased to 217 where I maintain. Still a 34 waste. I love this gym because of the energy and personal attention. And the eviroment as a whole. The range of people are as young as 13(with parents) and as old as 88. Very cool. Brad is a master who set me up with my own personal itinerary. Not a one size fits all. I’m happy with my looks, it’s boosted my self esteem and most of all. Taught me how to eat food I love for a lifetime.

Offering group and personal fitness classes for all ages, disorders, and body types I would recommend this gym to all. This is a non competitive environment, the people that work hare make it more enjoyable.
