Starbucks

Love the crew there. Always friendly and the place is always busy. You can sit there for a couple of hours and you know when the ferries have come in. lines to the door.

Starbucks is tooooo good! I love there Double chocolate chip frappé yummmm! Would always wanna go there!

The staff is amazing with the drinks and food. Staff is polite, customer oriented and they all work in «sync». It’s one of the best Starbucks I have been in. The customers are friendly too. Appears to be a good hang out spot for Wifi and meeting friends. Convenient location, drive thru window, outside patio, comfy sitting inside. Located ½ way up Commercial Street heart of Anacortes.

Mike Jenkins. Marlo Cooley. Heather. Yes, the coffee is Starbucks. I’ll be honest. Starbucks isn’t my favorite coffee… there, I said it. Yet why do I consistently pay about $ 30 a month to visit this establishment? That’s simple. It’s their staff! Mike, Marlo, Heather — and others. They are BEYOND kind! I am always greeted with a smile. My order is always correct. I love seeing my coffee people. Customer service really does make a difference, and in that department, this Starbucks is #1!

Love the drive thru. My orders have been accurately made, timely, and the right temp. When I go inside the place is clean and comfy, but often difficult to find a seat. I wish they had more low carb options but it’s a great place for a treat.

Enjoying the google wifi and being able to see on the app what is playing for tunes. Comfy chairs, convenient location, consistent drink as usual. Local art is good.

When I first starting coming here, I didn’t like it a whole lot. There were a dew people I liked, but that was about it. Now I guess I’m a regular and I get great service, even though I think I was a regular before. I don’t know. A little less than a year ago they had this huge company wide training that changed the order of importance for drinks, food, ringing people up, taking orders etc. What every they did messed things up even more. I mean, I get that they want things to me more uniform and efficient, I just don’t think it works everywhere. More often then not, I’m left waiting at the register for an absurd amount of time while I see plenty of people working. Either way, they are still better than the other store so… I’m a fan.

As someone who doesn’t live here, but visits often… I find the positive reviews of this store puzzling. The staff carries on conversations between themselves while serving customers (often talking over the customers), locals receive preferential treatment, the store floor its littered with debris. A staff of four or five works at 7am, yet I see no one clean the customer seating area, staff gathers behind the service counter and talks to each other. Just finished a cross country drive from Washington DC to Seattle area and have stopped at dozens of Starbucks and other coffee shops. Believe me, this one is mediocrity at best.

Just like the one across the street, but somehow differ

Very nice staff, but it may be the slowest Starbucks in Washington. I’d love to go to this location more often, but the long amount of time they take has taken it off my everyday rotation.

Do you like 6 dollar coffee? Do you like trendy hipster music that really sucks? People on Macbooks writing blogs?
Then you’ll love this Starbucks!
Seriously though, staff is friendly, coffee and food is consitant, they are on every street corner for a reason!
