Their bread bowl was delicious with their clam chowder, my wife had the salmon macaroni and cheese, it was pretty good not super fishy like I would have thought. My son had the pulled pork sandwich it was perfect, my daughter had the grilled cheese which was perfect as well. My little guy had the mini Bob which was mini cod nuggets and chips, he smacked that dish. For dessert we shared the coconut pound cake it was awesome. The owner was really nice, definitely coming back with friends.

I had the basket with fish, shrimp and oysters, as well as a cup of chowder waiting for the ferry to Friday Harbor. Parking was easy(private lot behind the restaurant) and staff was very pleasant. Chowder was good, but not up to my WA standard of Ivar’s or Emmett Watson’s Oyster Bar, not creamy tasting enough, little too salty… but very flavorful… even so, a bit of hot sauce was required. Unfortunately, cannot say same for fish… it was fairly tasteless, and the fries were adequate, but not very yummy… there were a lot of them though. Would not eat here again, sadly, I wanted to love this place!

Love Bob’s! Such a cute atmosphere that really makes me think of anacortes and it’s seaside location. We always stop in when visiting my hometown… the chowder is amazing and I got the salmon sandwich and absolutely loved it.

The food is what you would expect from a fast-food burger and chowder joint. Nice people! Fun atmosphere.

Always stop here on the way home to Friday Harbor. Great chowder. The salmon taco’s were really very good as well. Bab’s and Bob are a local business, so support them.

I always bring my parents here when we do our mini-road trips around Washington. Best when it’s sunny out and you can dine on the porch. I like the casual atmosphere and love the food. For lighter fare, I do the grilled salmon(served w/a salad) and a cup of chowder. The staff are super nice as well. Definitely a nice local spot :)
