I am out of state, but wanted a special balloon delivery to be made. I contacted the shop and discussed what I wanted to do, and they happily agreed.
I had a special balloon shipped to their shop, once it arrived, they notified me and we worked our the remaining details. They delivered the special balloon along with some a couple colorful latex balloons to a very happy little girl. It was exactly what I had imagined.
Excellent customer service, they went above and beyond for me.
