Wow. This was the worst customer service on the phone ever: mean, negative, snippy. Really awful experience so far.

Avoid this company at all cost! If a big box store sets you up with them for service on your appliance, ask for another company. They came to service my appliance, that was under warranty, 4 times and never fixed the problem. They have since stopped returning my phone calls. They left garbage behind and also greasy fingerprints all over the inside of my refrigerator.
