Worst pharmacy around always out of stock when trying to fill my script. I was promised they would carry my meds for me since I would be getting them every mounth and when I try to refill them they never have them in stock. I took a prescription to refill and wanted to wait for it. Fourty five mins later i went up to the counter and was told the were out and I would have to come back great customer service !!

Stabilizers, aka training wheels on a bicycle, should be called «Ride Aids.» They this store could sell them and charge a fortune for them, like it does for everything else.
I am not a fan of any of these big chain pharmacies. Actually I can’t stand them. I usually give them 1 star if they suck, and 2 if they are okay. Very rarely 3 or 4 if they are wonderful to me. I can’t possibly give a chain like this a 5. I haven’t yet, anyway.
This is a typical Rite Aid, consistent in cleanliness, product, and of course, obscene prices. But it’s there for people that need it. It’s about 1 mile further from my house than the closest one to my house, but it’s much nicer than that one, so I’d probably come here over going to that one. However I prefer Walgreens, so I rarely come in here.
And if they gave free Middle Eastern and Indian food to every customer, it’d be Rice Aid. And I’d come here all the time.

I seldom frequent any drug store. With the convenience of an in-​store pharmacy at Wegmans, I have prescriptions filled there, since it’s where I am often enough as it is, and can pick up miscellaneous items needed at the same time. However, this Transit and Klein Road Rite Aid has been a lifesaver more than once for our family. It’s usually open when Wegmans is closed. We have had a couple of holiday illnesses happen at most inopportune times. This Rite Aid came to the rescue.
In store, the staff has been accommodating and helpful, although the pharmacist was terse more than once over the phone and in person.
We even tried the drive through pick-​up window. That was a first for us, convenient.
Overall, this store is a great choice for your pharmacy needs and incidental items, though only the sale items are competitively priced.
