Do not recommend. Homeowners beware. They don’t show up when scheduled, they don’t clean windows or blinds, or walls, or cobwebs and they don’t do contracts so you have no clue what your final bill will be.
When we emailed Karen’s cleaning regarding our experience, sadly there no concern on the owner’s end of having an unhappy customer.
In short, poor scheduling, very shoddy work and if you do have a momentary lapse in judgement and use them, get a contract because you’ll get ripped off and still have a dirty house that will need to be cleaned by a professional service to make up for the hack job Karen’s cleaning service leave you with.
