I just finished laser hair removal treatment of two areas and I am very pleased with the results. I was skeptical at first because I have dark skin tone but that was not an issue. The staff in reception area were always very friendly and professional. My RN Paige was very experienced and knowledgeable about laser settings for my skin tone and always made sure I was comfortable. Paige was always a pleasure to see. I’m glad I chose Ideal Image for my hair removal service.

Larissa is wonderful. I originally went in for hair removal on just 3 areas and ended up adding a 4^th area. I have so much confidence in Larissa. I just finished my 3^rd treatment and I am very pleased with my results so far. The procedure does sting a bit but nothing painful…(you can ask for a prescription for numbing cream if you want.)

I recently visited Ideal image and had Ultherapy done. My RN was Larissa. The entire staff from hello to goodbye were professional and really took in to account that I was spending a lot of money for a relatively uncomfortable procedure. The girls at the the front desk were very professional and not snooty (if you know what I mean) Larissa was kind and very experienced. She took time to talk with me and really get to know what I wanted and gave me her opinion. I feel as if we together were a team and I was the total benefactor. She was concerned about my comfort during the whole experience while keeping her eye on the outcome we agreed upon In this day and age of horrible customer service and not taking others into consideration due to being over scheduled; it was refreshing to feel as if I mattered. There are a lot of options out there but for me Ideal Image in Amherst is the only one that makes sense for my elective procedures. And ultherapy is worth every penny.
