It’s a great store when you are shopping! Helpful and knowledgable on all fronts! I give one star because they were very unhelpful when I needed to bring a guitar back about an issue. I had bought a guitar right before I left for a wedding, I had a friend pick it up for me. While I was playing it the first time I noticed a ding in the finish I hadn’t seen while in the store. Since I went away and had to leave the guitar home I couldn’t follow up about the issue. When I got home I was told they couldn’t identify when it happened so there was nothing they could do. I didn’t see it in the store so it must have happened while they gave it a setup as it was there when I took it out of the case. I’m not saying don’t buy something there just if you do make sure you look over the instrument very well before you pick it up and if you find something wrong follow up immediately or you’ll end up like me. I have no idea if it would have mattered if I had done anything about before I had left. If you are away like me make sure you have someone bring it to the store for you.
