Chipotle Mexican Grill

There’s always something wrong here. Today the chips were stale, the steak was extremely spicy, and portions were small. No wonder people go out of there way just to avoid this Chipotle

Compared to other Chipotles… this one does tend to run out of things or not have what you want when you need it. The service can be a bit spotty too. But overall it is quick, good, and I enjoy it!

First visit to Chipotle’s. Wow, the Mexican «McDonald’s»! But, healthy! Fastfood, with fresh ingredients. I cook Mexican food, but I would, absolutely, substitute with Chipotle’s, if I wanted a quick fix! Lol… kudos to Chipotle’s!

Can be good sometimes, but it’s usually a bad experience. Always out of ingredients. Last time they were out of corn as well as carnitas. What is the point? Sometimes there will be online orders ahead of you and they will forget about you and make about twenty orders instead of yours while yours sits there and gets cold. I’ve never experienced that at another chipotle.

I dine her often. So often I know what I eat and how I like my food prepared. The staff is good at what they do. This is a training store for the region because they do things so well. I will tell you I have never been here where there wasn’t a line out the door. You have to wait. So if you want your food fast go to the Arches, if you want good food served quickly then this Chipotle is for you.

LOVE my avon Chipotle but this location is seriously lacking. I have been to this location a few times in the last few months (only because of where I was, NOT by choice) each and EVERY single time there is more workers walking around doing nothing then waiting on customers. I was here last last Thursday and there was a line out the door at around 5 and only 2 people making food!!! Everyone was complaining in line, and not one worker seemed to care. The cashier had very big hoops in his ears and he could tell everyone was frustrated and he did nothing. There were many workers walking around but no one on the line. Chipotle also has to figure out something new for call in orders, 60 people in line and they are not waiting on them but filling call in’s…this system needs to be changed. I suggest having a small line in the back with one worker responsible only for online and call in’s! The management at this store seems VERY lacking!!! The staff seems very unmotivated and slow, and not really taking pride in their work.

Usually order online, so I don’t dine in much unless the gf and I want to eat out. The dining area could be cleaned a bit more frequently, but other than that the staff is usually top notch. They went out of their way to check if food was ok for my girl with a ton of allergies to eat. They’re also always polite when I stop in, which is always a plus. They do get rather busy, especially around lunch, so it is best to order ahead of time, if they don’t have your order ready on time, they will make it ASAP even if the place is busy.

Always out of food past 8:30pm. They are open until 10 but refuse to cook past 8:30. Why stay open? This has happened to me numerous times and when I confronted management; they act like I am lying. I emailed corporate. Let’s see if anything happens from that.

I love chipotle but this location has little to be desired. Seems to be highly mismanaged. The last four trips I made to this location they are always out of chicken and/​or taco shells. This always results in me having to eat at taco hell across the street. Nothing worse then preparing to eat chipotle tacos for dinner only to end up with another Taco Bell meal from a location that isn’t the closest to my house. One or two times I didn’t think much of it. After fourth time of wasting my time to drive there, I felt compelled that I needed to voice my complaint of a store that needs better management. Never have I experienced this at any other location yet. Get it together over there people. Sick of having my dinner intentions ruined while giving my money to your shitty competitor.

Food is great and excellent quality. Its always fresh ingredients and they never skimp on what they give you. This dining location seems clean to but ive Never stayed and have only done takeout. The service is a bit slow though compared to other locations.

The best Mexican fast food chain period. It’s fresh, clean, simple and the healthiest choice around. Also, it’s food with integrity. Chipotle offers non industrail farmed meats. Its the first ever GMO free and listed line of foods. We love the food and know Chipotle has our backs on offering healthy, local and socially responsible foods choices.

Not that impressed. I have heard a lot of raving about the chain. So I thought I’d finally try it out.
I got a steak salad and it is bland. The meat has overpowering spices and the mild salsa is just pico de gallo. They don’t have a lot of add-​ons to offer either.
The décor is unfinished, the plywood walls around the pop area leaves much to be desired. The 55 gallon drum trashcans are not nifty or nice. It’s not the cleanest restaurant I’ve ever been to either. The outdoor seating has minimal tables and the chairs don’t look all that comfortable.

Nasty. It’s dirty as hell in here. If you eat here be sure to look up in case the mounds of dust fall from the rafters in to your food.

There have been a couple times where they are out of items that in my opinion should always be on hand. Mild salsa, lettuce, and sour cream. Mild salsa honestly should never run out.
Overall great place, friendly staff. Can be very hectic at times when they are super busy. People are a lot of the times lined up out the door. I come here a few times a month for take out. Love it!

By far, this store is consistently the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Service is slower then molasses, crew spends more time talking amongst themselves then working on orders and they’re always out of something.

We go here a few times a month for lunch. We order online and always get our food promptly. They are very accommodating if something is not right and always make sure we have everything we need. Such a friendly staff and the food it delicious!

Awful, absolutely awful. The food was bland, the service was a celebration of «I’M GAY», heres your food. I would not buy stock in this chain. it is as common as brown dirt, and the food is the same.

OK, I’m a HUGE fan of Chipotle. I frequent Chipotle locations 2 or so times a week. For a chain, their consistency and quality are top notch.
I visited this restaurant as soon as I saw they were open. The food was delicious, the service was friendly and attentive. Another great experience, thank you!
