I called B and B (spoke with Bob) because my oven was not working. He talked me through the problem (about 40 minutes) and came to the conclusion that it would not be worth it for him to come out and repair the appliance — much more economical to just replace it. So, I heeded his advice, but as a result did not use the service. Thank you, Bob, for your expert advice — I will be calling you next time I need appliance repair.

Bob is great! Over the years, we have used him for our dryer, washer, dishwasher, and oven. He is honest and tells it like it is. Sometimes he can repair, and if not, he can recommend affordable options. Highly recommended! (Plus, a super nice and interesting human being.)

My refrigerator stopped working. I didn’t know anyone in the area and looked up appliance repair on the web. B & B was nearby, so I searched again and found 6 reviews on another review site that were extremely positive. Bob responded quickly to my call and seemed very knowledgeable about my particular refrigerator. He had the part he needed in the truck and the repair was efficiently done and I was charged a fair price. I would definitely recommend him.
