HARLOW & FINCH SALON is owned by the über-​talented Jessica Hlebica. Jessica has over 17 years of experience and I’ve been personally going to her for over 8 years now. Her color and cutting skills are top notch. She makes my hair look natural, not colored. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about her craft and treats each client like a person and not a dollar sign. I highly recommend her; she has that special ability to see the unseen and bring out that unique beauty in everyone. She is also one of the nicest and funniest people I know so the time I spend in her chair is so enjoyable. Her new salon — HARLOW & FINCH is adorable yet elegant with easy access to parking. Highly recommend!
