They have great service in the American Fork store! Nice and courteous employees that are always willing to help.

Worst service and customer service ever. We called and had an estimate in August and the windows were not placed until October. We had to chase the business down and have the estimate emailed to us, the window were measured incorrectly and needed to be rescheduled, we were not contacted for a third time and had to schedule another visit. Even after an apology from the glazier that we would be moved up in the list and made a priority, we had to call to reschedule. On the day they were supposed to finally get the Windows in, we called and they were missing their visit window by over 2 hours. We have 6 more Windows to do in our house and will not return to do business with Jones.
