I wish I could review this place, have shopped at Jo-Ann’s before just not this location. Hours are posted till six came at 5:05 and hours have been changed on door with sticky note 5! Really? I drove 45mim to get here. Just for you to change the hours at the sort eleven without getting the internet hours changed, won’t ever shop here for that very reason. Will take business to Michael’s instead.

I used to go to this location all the time as it’s the closest to me. However, they are rude as hell when it comes to the use of their coupons. Their app allows you to use the same coupon for different transactions. Whenever I go to their Provo location they allow me to just use my app since printing an extra coupon at home is pretty much the same thing. At this location, they gave me the hardest time. I explained to them that although I live fairly close, I didn’t really want to have to make another trip when I could use my app for my coupons. The lady accused me of taking «advantage» of the flaws in their app. WTH lady!!!
Needless to say, I avoid this location like the plague. It’s not like I wouldn’t be able to print the coupon and take it back for the discount. Why not inform your customer that they need to do that next time, and save them the hassle of making another trip just to print a coupon that equals the same deal they would get if you would just do a separate transaction.
Turns out hobby lobby already have their prices lowered to what your Joann’s coupon savings would be, so guess who gets my business now?! :)

AMERICAN FORK: This is a small JoAnn, but the employees here seem unusually friendly. Surprising also, there are quite a number of men who work here. Lots of fabrics, craft items, and other stuff for the sartorially inclined.
